I had a very good experience with universe. The team arrived on time and started to work right away. They seemed to work all day without taking any breaks . When they finished they took everything with them , ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT AND ALSO ALL THE OLD BOILER PARTS. When they finished Mike showed me the new boiler and explained how it works [some what]. Universe Home Services has turned out to be a valuable resource. We've used their plumbing services, replaced a hot water heater, and most recently were put in a position where we had no choice but to replace our central air conditioning, which of course, happened during a three day heat wave. Mike C lead Tristan M and a team of field service techs during the removal and installation process. Mike C was exceptional at supervising the team and keeping the job moving. He was knowledgeable personable, and provided clear explanations about the the unit and all work done that day. He along with the other field service techs were respectful of our home, keeping the job neat inside and outside. We can honestly say this about every field service tech who has come to our home whether it has been in a maintenance or repair capacity. Universe has provided excellent customer service from the representatives we speak with on the phone to the supervisors and sales consultant. Pricing on all jobs have been fair. Minor hiccups have been dealt with promptly and courteously. We have been very happy and satisfied with all our interactions with Universe. They are a solid and dependable company. Our sales representative ( Glen) was extremely helpful and worked with us to give us exactly what we needed.
The installation crew was on time, friendly and highly efficient. They arrived on time at
8 am and left after 4, completely cleaned up the work and removed all the debris.
A special note : Mike and Mike were especially helpful. All the others were too, but we had more contact with the two Mike's. ( in fact one Mike worked our installing our new boiler a few years back) it was good to have him back for our new AC system.
We look forward to using the new system when temps heat up

Will, Mike and the rest of the Universe crew were terrific. Very courteous /polite and did a great job with the oil to gas conversion. took their time to make sure to explain everything and then went around to the entire house the bleed the baseboard . The are even coming right back today to take care of a couple that were making some racket. would def recommend for all your Heating /AC needs. (See More)

The Universe team that came to do my install was prepared and professional. Will spent time to take me through the install process, placement of vents and afterwards the operation of the unit.
