Universe may not be the cheapest on the market, but you get exactly what you pay for!!! I've had several jobs completed by this company, and all I can say is that they're the BEST! They respond immediately!!! They worked on my boiler a couple of years ago, and when I had a problem just recently, they responded on the double! This time they did a serious plumbing job for me, and now I can rest easily, because they work with integrity! They work fast, they clean up, they're personable and they know their craft! Juan did an excellent job removing my defective water heater and replacing it with a new one. He was totally professional in all aspects of the work. He was extremely fast and he knew exactly what he was doing. He was very pleasant and explained all aspects of the job. Gary our sales rep was great. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest right from the start and I never felt like he was trying to sell me. Provided honest advice and recommendations and guided me through the each step of getting started.
The install guys were fantastic. They arrived on time, accomplished everything they needed to do in an organized, yet thorough fashion and when done they explained the system step by step to me and the work area and surroundings were so clean when they were done. System is fantastic and work that was done was by far top notch.
Universe may not be the cheapest, but the little extra premium you pay is 100000% worth it. Universe will be my new “contractor” for my plumbing, electrical needs. (See More)

We've used Universe Home Services for many years for different services.
We had an issue with one of our steam radiators this past very cold Monday. After a reschedule request, Sean and JP arrived Friday morning. They provided an estimate for a "best case scenario" because it was a difficult job. They worked hard and were able to replace the necessary part. They waited until the heat came on and continued looking when the heat did not flow as quick as it should. They figured it out and the problem was solved. They were both friendly and polite. It was a best scenario. We will definitely use Universe again. (See More)

The Universe home service was very good, but I think the price was little too high. But they came when they said, and finished the job the same day. All the bathrooms were clogged and they had to go out and dig down to the sewer drainage cap and rotor root the sewer line. Both Paul S. and Juan C. worked all day to get the job done. They treated us good. I only hope the rest of the Universe family are the same when I have to get other things done. (See More)
