We utilized Universe to complete our ductless installation of 5 units. We were told over the phone that it would take a full day to complete the work. It took close to 12 hours to complete. About 3 days after the job, I noticed ice forming in one of the units and quickly called for service. Our ceiling above the unit was wet, our wood floors were wet and my sons bed had gotten water on it since it’s located under the unit. The following morning a service guy came out and opened the condenser that also had ice on it and stated that the lines weren’t installed properly and he seemed to correct the issue. I called afterwards to express my disappointment and the lady stated that she would leave a message for the manager Tim however I never received a response. This was my experience. (See More)

My experience with Universe was extraordinary. From the minute the crew came they were very courteous, seemed like they genuinely cared about what they were doing, and were obviously extremely competent. It was easy to tell they were proud of what they do. I had my oil converted to gas and had the on-demand Rinnai Combo system installed. The installation looked beautiful as well as working extremely well. The crew worked really worked well together and cleaned up very nicely before they left. Both Anthony and Mike were great guys, as well as the three other members of the crew. It’s clear to me that this is a first-rate company with management that really cares. I intend to use them for any, and all, repairs and services in the future. It makes me feel secure knowing this company is out there, and well established. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have used Universe for many years. Recently, I was interested in having A/C put in my home. Jeff came and reviewed my options and found a way to save me money on the installation.
He came on the day of installation with Mike and Keith and reviewed the job with them. Then Mike and Keith got to work. I didn’t even know they were working. They were very efficient and the job was completed in a timely fashion.
When they were finished they explained everything I needed to know about the system. I am very happy about my decision to use Universe. (See More)

Our sales representative ( Glen) was extremely helpful and worked with us to give us exactly what we needed.
The installation crew was on time, friendly and highly efficient. They arrived on time at
8 am and left after 4, completely cleaned up the work and removed all the debris.
A special note : Mike and Mike were especially helpful. All the others were too, but we had more contact with the two Mike's. ( in fact one Mike worked our installing our new boiler a few years back) it was good to have him back for our new AC system.
We look forward to using the new system when temps heat up

Very courteous /polite and did a great job with the oil to gas conversion. took their time to make sure to explain everything and then went around to the entire house the bleed the baseboard . Have not had heat on 2 of 3 floors since my brand new expensive boiler was installed on Thursday. (Over 3 days ago) (it’s currently 74 on the working floor). Although they did send a serviceman on Sat, the problem was not fixed in the 3 hours he spent here and I was told I’d have another person at my house Monday morning. Big thanks to Steve who felt bad that he had to leave this single mom and her son as well as her tenant in this situation. Neither my tenant or I had a problem before this install. To say this is inconvenient is an understatement and I truly hope I am compensated and this problem is fixed tomorrow morning. (See More)

I hired Universe To replace my boiler and hot water heater. The company was great to work with right from the start. John from sales is a real gentleman. He explained exactly what I needed and what my options were. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. I did my homework prior to hiring Universe. After numerous estimates, Needless to say I went with Universe. I had an appointment within 3 days to have a complete system installed. Anthony, Mike and Sean showed up right on time. There work was of the highest quality. They were friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They were real perfectionists. Changing a boiler is a messy job. They took every precaution to make sure everything was covered and protected, and when they were finished it was as if they were never there. I can’t tell you enough how impressed I was with the way they worked as a team. They did such an amazing job. When they were done it was a real work of art. Everything was perfect. Then they took the time to explain everything they did and why they did it. I highly recommend Universe. Ask for Anthony, Mike and Sean you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys. God bless you.
