This family owned business provided excellent service from the time Mark explained the problem with my A/C system and my options for remedying that problem. Mark took the time to answer each of my questions and scheduled the date for installation of a new furnace and A/C. Matt and Chris completed the installation on that date. They were professional & courteous & made certain to cover my entry rug and tile on a rainy day. We called Turk yesterday as the air conditioner wasn't working when turned on. Justin sent Eric out the next day and found that the breaker box and breaker in the garage were tripped. Followed up with AC tune up and we're on our way! p.s. I had another "company" come out yesterday and of course, said we needed a new unit, to the tune of $6000 !! WOW ! I highly recommend Turk Heating and Cooling. I was having an issue with my thermostat, which another company I had called could not figure out. I called Turk and spoke with the owner Mark. After describing what kind of furnace and thermostat I had, he was able to diagnose what the problem was over the phone. He told me he would call and see if he could get the correct thermostat. Not long after I hung up with him, a Turk van pulled into my driveway with the thermostat I needed. Tech Casey Cosby installed the thermostat and had my furnace working again in about 30 minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have already recommended this company to a couple of people and I will continue to recommend this fast, efficient and affordable company to anyone I know who needs heating or cooling services, and I will definitely be calling them for any future issues with my furnace. This is our go-to business for heater and air conditioner repairs. They are trustworthy, and they don't try to upsell us on anything, and they don't give us outrageously inflated quotes for services, nor do they try to get us to buy things that we don't need. It's nice to have a company that you can call when your heater or AC unit is acting funky, and be reassured that whatever they tell you is the truth. We see these guys every six months or so for heater and air conditioner tune-ups so that we get the most out of our units. The people who come by to do the service are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Turk if you want a no-nonsense heater and air conditioner company. My thermostat was acting funky not balancing in temperature. They came out and now it does. They wore masks which is comforting, being the times. That let's you know the customer's safety is first. Came out the same day I called and fixed my air with minimal charge. The technician, Mark, also helped me think of inexpensive solutions I may be able to implement to keep my problem from reoccurring since I have an unconventional set up with my HVAC unit. We had an intermittent issue with our blower during cooling season. The problem could not be reliably reproduced, which is the worst case scenario for mechanical troubleshooting. The technician from Turk did a great job of actively listening to the history of the symptom and we were able to theoretically narrow down the cause to 3 possible low cost options. I used Turk to install a ductless A/C and heating unit in the upper floor of my home. They were a great company to work with from start to finish. They came out to give a quote and did a much more thorough job than other companies I had called. They were very honest and by far the most reasonably priced out of all the companies I called, which included other local companies. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be force sold a product that I did not need. Every employee I met with was very kind and courteous. The day of installation they completed everything in a timely manner and left no trace that they were even there. They walked me through how to use and maintain the Mitsubishi unit they installed. I was incredibly pleased with our experience with Turk Heating and Cooling. They replaced our entire HVAC system. The service was excellent and the price was very competitive compared to other quotes. Our furnace stopped working during the week of an expected cold snap. Turk brought us portable heaters until they could get us on the schedule for a new HVAC install, which was a few days out. When another job finished earlier than expected, they called us and said if we didn't mind if they did the job in 2 parts, they could come that day and do our furnace installation before the temperatures dropped into the 20's. They installed the furnace and then as promised, came back a week or so later and completed the air conditioner portion The sales rep Justin even called to remind me to apply for our $300 IPL rebate when he saw I hadn't filed it yet. Our furnace was 20 years old, so the new one has cut our electric bill by over half and it works great due to their expert installation. I highly recommend them. I can not say enough good things about Turk Heating and Cooling. I called on a Sunday night after dealing with a big name company all day who recommended a total HVAC replacement. I asked around and decided to get a second opinion. Mark called me back right away and told me he would have someone out Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Eric the technician called us Monday late afternoon to work us in. He came to our house and was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our heat on Sunday. I called Turk on Monday and they were out on Tuesday. Justin got me on the schedule and Eric came out and looked at the system. We recently, October 2019, had our furnace and central air conditioner replaced. Turk Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations. The quote was easy to understand and considerably cheaper than our other quotes for comparable equipment. A few days before the installation, Mark , the owner visited our home. Mark made sure the equipment ordered was correct for our needs. He explained the process and confirmed his crew would have all the materials needed. Casey and Chris the installers are excellent. Friendly, courteous and very professional. After removing our old furnace, some leaking duct work was found. This duct was not supposed to be replaced. I was recommended Turk Heating & Cooling by a few different people through Social Media, and they didn't disappoint. They responded quickly, and was at our place within 24 hours of calling. Chad, the Field Service Technician called promptly 30 minutes before the appointment, and arrived on time. He was very knowledgable, and explained in detail things I should know about my unit and what is happening in the industry.
