This company is the perfect choice if you want great customer service, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, employees that are knowledgeable in their field, tidy, on time, and sell great products at a good price. We purchased a Rheem furnace and air conditioner one day and the next day, they were installed. We lucked out with their availability, but it still was quite shocking to me because it was a big investment. We mostly dealt with Eric and he is the most down to earth person, very knowledgeable about the products, not pushy, answered all our questions, efficient with the paperwork, friendly, and provided the best customer service. Phillip and Ken were friendly and prompt with my email requests. Ken filed our insurance claim so efficiently that we already have the check. The office staff, Kathi, Alex, and Ginger were also friendly and so prompt with their emails. All the service professionals, including Jake McBee, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. They put up with my picky questions, put up with the dog that thought they came to play ball with him, and the husband that is retired who loves to talk. They worked straight through without breaks or lunch. When they left, all was neatly cleaned up and the installations have been perfect. If I should need any of the other services that Tipping Hat provides, I will not hesitate to contact them because of this fantastic experience. (See More)

After doing some on line research of the RGF Halo LED Air Purification system, I called Tipping Hat to get answers to questions that I still had. I spoke with Ken who was very helpful. He answered all my questions and those he couldn't answer brought the right person into the conversation who answered my questions. Based on our conversation I decided to have the system installed on my HVAC system. Again, Ken was very helpful in getting me on their work schedule next week. He also confirmed their Covid 19 safety procedures for all their employees. (See More)

I contacted Tipping Hat through HomeAdvisor on a Thursday evening. Ken said that he could send Chad out that evening to check our furnace which was emitting a foul odor and would not blow heat. Chad came out that evening to check the furnace and to get it running again. He advised us that we needed a new furnace. Ours was only 60 years old. He contacted his supervisor and he made an appointment for Sean to come out the next morning at 8:00. Sean was right on time and explained to us what needed to be done as far as getting a new furnace and other work which would have to be done. He explained our options and financing possibilities. He was personable and professional. We agreed to have a new furnace put in and it was scheduled for the following Monday. Sean advised us to turn the old furnace off and provided two electric space heaters for us to use until the new furnace could be installed. Sean and Tristan and his helper arrived around 11:00 Monday morning to do the final financing arrangements which fit our budget needs and to install the new furnace. The furnace was installation was completed by about 3:30 PM. Tristan then walked us through what was done and how to use the new furnace and thermostat. The work area was completely cleaned up. A full year supply of filters was provided as well as yearly check ups for 4 years . All in all, Tipping Hat was a great group to work with. (See More)

Keith is an exceptional plumber and very knowledgeable. I called to set an appointment and within 15minutes he was at my door ready to help. All and all it was an amazing experience at a great price! I will definitely be calling for any more service work I may have in the future! (See More)

Chad was very knowledgeable and fixed our clog quickly. There was some confusion surrounding the services we opted into, but Ken was quick to resolve this and and sent a refund check. I'll be using them again soon it I can't get this furnace to crank! (See More)

Of all the companies I have talked to on the phone, sincerity and professionalism is what made Tipping Hat company stand out among them.
Ken (management)was accommodating and listened to my concerns and able get me scheduled right away. Jessica (office staff) was so nice to get someone in right away to get the job done.
Chris Creach was the Specialist who serviced our water heater.Chris was professional and knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions.
He was considerate of my time and was very efficient with his work.
Michael Lia came in the afternoon on time and very professional and on point with his assessment of my concerns with my furnace. He gave me tips on how keep the furnaces and air-conditioning units in top conditions. No pressure, no surprises.Over all I am giving them an excellent review

Our house is over 60 years old and has many issues. Tipping Hat has provided excellent service in dealing fixing all of the problems that have come up. Whenever Kevin, Chad, or Nick have been in our home they have always been very professional, respectful and helpful. As a stay at home mom it is wonderful to be able to count on a company that employs people that I am comfortable having in my home and around my family. Ken, Eric and Phillip provide superb customer service from the first phone call, to contact throughout the day on when the technician will be arriving!-- Very helpful with napping kiddos!!! After each experience I have with Tipping Hat I am more and more impressed with the work they do and at the price point they provide it at. Between my garbage disposal needing replacing/rewiring (right before Thanksgiving!), bathroom sink u-bend replacement, and multiple AC issues, I can safely attest to Tipping Hat's highest level of quality and service! From the first call that I made to Tipping Hat through the installation of my water filtration unit, I was impressed by the level of customer service that I received. Ken contacted me on the day of installation to keep me updated with the technicians' arrival time which I appreciated greatly. Kevin and Zabih installed the unit. They were both kind, respectful and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. I will use Tipping Hat in the future and will share my positive experience with my friends and neighbors.
