Matt was a joy to have working in my house. He was kind, knowledgeable, clean and professional. Once the job was done, and it was a long day, Matt spent 30-45 minutes with me walking me through the entire system. He explained everything and answered every question I had. I got multiple bids from HVAC shops but Tipping Hat stood out. Michael did a great job setting expectations during the walk through. We did end up needing a/c, plumbing and electrical work but it's great to have a "one stop shop" with that many experts at your disposal. The entire crew was awesome, but Matt and Elijah stayed here for many hours until the job was done. We had a thorough walkthrough and I was very satisfied at the level of professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend Tipping Hat for any jobs you need done right. thanks guys, ken (See More)
