I wish there was a way to rate more than 5 stars because from the first time Richard Q entered our house he was a 10 star person. When he found out that our problem was much bigger than we thought (clogged tub) he took care of the problem quickly. He had to remove our tub and build a shower instead, he had to replace all of our pipes, (50 year old house) and toilet. He did all of these repairs with his 10 star buddy Will. These two kept my bathroom clean the whole time they were tearing stuff up. I would recommend these two to anybody that needs a plumber. The Pink Plumber is the best. Had a water main leak in the front yard directly under the sidewalk. Richard Q came out and quickly assessed that he would need to take out a piece of the sidewalk and cut some tree roots to get at the pipe. He provided me a written quote and after authorizing him to proceed he quickly went to work and fixed the problem. He even redid the sidewalk and put all the grass back that needed to be dug up. The plumber was really professional. He did however up sell my wife after I told him what to do and cost me an extra $75 that's nonrefundable, for a useless 6 year warranty that I didn't want or need. I don't like dealing with technicians that are salesmen too. That took food off my table. The Water heater looks great and works wonderful. Richard was here very quickly after I called in a panic over a very high reading on our meter. He calmed me down and we discussed what the problem could be. He identified the problem as a problem with the water outlet at our dock where water was pouring out. He repaired it and the meter stopped turning like crazy. We had a sewer pipe backed up from roots growing into the pipe which flooded our downstairs about an inch. Richard was the technician that serviced our issue and quickly located the problem within only a few minutes of investigating after his arrival. He was promptly on time and very friendly. He showed us exactly where the roots were getting into the pipe and explained a few different ways of resolving the issue while giving us a few different options to resolve the issue. I was extremely frustrated due to the flooding but our technician's experience and professionalism during this time kept us calm knowing we were in good hands. I’ve used Pink Plumber several times and I always request Richard because he is very professional, friendly, always gives lots of education on the issue, and never tries to oversell.
The last visit I called them for unfortunately we were not able to do because I am planning on remodeling my kitchen and It did not make sense to spend the money right now only to redo it in a couple months.
However I will recommend to my contractor that we use Richard for the plumbing components of my remodel .
The interesting thing is I have a home warranty and when I have used them for plumbing they did not call Pink Plumber. So when I had a choice for choosing a company I went outside my home warranty to request Richard at Pink Plumber and will do so again . (See More)

I had a problem on Sunday when a county worker noticed that I had a wet area near the water meter. ( it was due to be changed) He let me know that I had a leak in my water supply line, that I would need to reach out to a plumber for repair. I called Sunday evening and had an appointment scheduled for Monday between the hrs of 9 and 1. In the morning, I was called by Tabitha, ( Excellent customer service rep) to confirm the appointment that morning, and then was called by Richard the tech letting me know when he would be there.
Richard was EXCELLENT! He was patient, knowledgeable, polite, easy to talk to and provided me with options for repair. He fixed my issue and spent time with me after the work was done. I cant say enough about the quality of service and my experiences with the "Pink Plumber. " Richard is a definite keeper. I am in the Appliance Service business as well, and can only hope that my techs would mirror the experience that i received from Richard and the " Pink Plumber" staff.

We had a plumbing emergency today. A pipe burst in the wall in our upstairs bathroom, flooding water down into our kitchen. My husband was able to shut off our water main about 90% of the way, but we needed a specific tool to get it shut off completely, so water was still trickling down into the kitchen. I called a nationally known plumbing company and explained the emergency. They sent out a tech who had a horrible attitude and did nothing to help us. I won't mention their name, but you can check my other reviews to see who it was. I called around to other plumbers and finally reached out to the Pink Plumber. This should have been my first call! Richard called me back within a half hour and was at our door in about 20 minutes. He shut off the water main, assessed the situation and got right to work. He was prompt, professional, courteous and honest. We were completely satisfied with his service and we will be using the Pink Plumber again for any future plumbing needs! Thank you again Richard!! My hot water heater totally died on me this morning and I called The Pink Plumber after researching companies online. They told me that they would try to schedule service between the hours of 9am to 1pm. I was shocked when I got a call 5 minutes later that the tech was on his way (less than 45 minutes from the time I called versus the time the tech was at my door). Richard Quoma was the tech that installed the new hot water heater and honestly I couldn't have been more pleased with the top-notch professional service! Honestly, the best plumbing experience ever and appreciated the no surprises billing. This was my first experience with The Pink Plumber, but I would HIGHLY recommend Richard Quoma.
