Pink Plumber was fast and responsive. Once they confirmed that there was a technician on the way, we got a text with our technicians name and a photo so I knew who to expect. Ray E was courteous and listened to me explain the problem. He offered a solution and explained why it would fix our problem and what would happen if it did not. He validated with me that our problem was fixed and we are happily able to use our shower again. Thanks Ray!
UPDATE:
We had another plumbing issue 18 months later so we decided to call Pink Plumber again. This time we got Michael M. Just like the first time they were timely, didn't push any kind of services we didn't need, and spoke direct. Michael went above and beyond to ensure our problem was diagnosed, and a solution was presented. He made sure everything was resolved before leaving. You've taken someone who was pleased with your services and turned them into a promoter. Will highly recommend Pink Plumber to anyone in Tampa who needs help. (See More)

I felt as though prices were very high. Service was excellent but price was almost triple what i felt was acceptable. I had researched what this service should cost. I paid service fee of 59.00 and dealt with garbage disposal for 250.00 instead of 650.00 they quoted. How many single women would trust them and pay this ridiculous amount? I am truly disappointed! NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!! THEY CHARGED $305.00 FOR A "DIAGNOSTIC" ON A SUMP PUMP AND TOLD ME IT HAD TO BE REPLACED FOR THE TUNE OF $2289.00. GOT A SECOND OPINION ADN FOUND OUT THE OLD PUMP WAS WOKING. I BOUGHT A NEW PUMP MY SELF FOR $150 AS I DID NOT TRUST THE OLD ONE LONG TERM AND HAD IT INSTALLED FOR $450.00. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR THE FAULTY AND ERRONIUS "DIAGOSTIC" THEY SAID, TOUGH WE DID THE DIAGONISTIC AND YOU OWE US THE $305. I SAID I WOULD TAKE REFUND OF $205 BUT HAD THE SAME RESULT. When he returned to do the installation (after we purchased a faucet), he clearly knew what he was doing. On a Saturday morning I woke up to my double kitchen sinks full of water and what appeared to be black beans and rice and chicken. The smell was awful. I then saw that my bathroom sink also had stuff in it. U tried to run my disposal and the results were awful. Then I stupidly put in a drain cleaner.
Then water started flowing into everything with bubbles too!
I called The Pink Plumber and Michael saved the day!!
God bless him. I’m in a bottom condo unit and apparently someone above me had dumped rice and beans and chicken down their disposal which blocked up the main floor lines!!!
He removed almost 100 gallons of water flowing out of my kitchen sinks!!

They called us prior to visit to let us know time frame. Then called again to update us in where they were in coming out. Finally calling us to let us know they were on the way. The work was done quickly and to code. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately when placing some fittings in the bathroom instead of using existing drywall holes they chose to make new ones. Not just two new ones but a bunch of them. Guess since they don't repair the walls after making the holes they didn't much care. I also had asked to keep my old hot water heater. In response and for seemingly no reason I could gather a hammer seemed to be used to break off the lower drain rendering it as scrap. This was after it had beenbremoved from the house and was just sitting outside.Maybe that's what they want, to use it for scrap. Considering they were told I wanted it I find it a little disappointing that they would have done that. (See More)

Thank you Pink Plumber, I am very pleased with the job that Mike and Jason did on my house. They Repipe my entire house and also installed a new water heater and a water softener. Your technicians worked very hard and didn't leave until they were sure the job was completed and working properly. Mike is an excellent employee and very knowledgeable, shows up on time- is efficient- clean- neat- and very reasonable- guy you feel comfortable talking with. From my experience I feel that Pink Plumber have plumbers who know what they are doing. I was so pleased with their workmanship and how they explained to me what they did and were so professional and nice. I also would like to mentioned that Jason assisted Mike with the job and he also is a tremendous asset to your company. He is fun and such a pleasure to work with and easy to have around, plus his work ethic is contagious. On a side joke I think Jason suffers from (CRS) Can't remember Shit...lol...just kidding.
