Had a serious water leak in a rental I resided in. I was already grumpy and without water for several days. Felix arrived on a Saturday afternoon late in the day. He was very professional and rather funny even after his long day. Helped lift my mood bc he has a great personality. He came back on Monday to do the actual repairs, which took a good part of the day. As before, he was upbeat and entertaining which made things a tad less stressful. In the end he fixed the leak. I would highly recommend this company and this plumber to do any repairs in your home or business. He will make you laugh and get the job done right. (See More)

I have a new plumber for life! Felix Rivera is the greatest! A fabulous plumber and an all around nice guy! He showed up at my house promptly, listened to my problem, and explained my options and costs. Every step was explained to me along the way, and the installation of my toilets was perfect. It all appeared to go well when Felix the tech came to our house..........in the end we were over charged over $2000......charged for rerunning plumbing that a wall would have required a wall been taken down.......it never happened......numerous charges that were not done. Numerous times emailed, texted and talked with Blaine.....explained everything to him, texted him copies of invoice with the line items that were not done......asked him to please come to the house and look. Its been about a year now......I assume ill never get that money back but I will keep informing people what they did to us (See More)

Felix R did a great job with the service on 9/22. We needed to replace 14 water shutoff valves through out the house. It was a HUGE job. Felix was knowledgable, friendly, courteous and experienced with this type of work. He was able to fix all 14 valves, was professional and cleaned up after all of the work. He worked to bring our cost down quite a bit since it was expensive. We appreciate his hard work, his dedication to his craft, caring for the customer and overall excellent service! (See More)

Felix did a great job in replacement of 15 year old leaking water heater. He also educated you while doing an excellent job. His helper was Chris and both left the site clean as when job started. I was having an issue removing a Moen cartridge for a double knob bathroom faucet. Stopped into HydroLogic-Oldsmar for assistance and Felix from The Pink Plumber was in there at the same time getting parts. He identified my problem and fixed it for me on the spot--took him no more than 2 minutes. Greatly appreciate his friendly and courteous assistance. 5 stars! When we had a pipe burst under our driveway unexpectedly, Felix started right away to diagnose the problem. He called in Chis to work with him and they worked Friday into all day Saturday. They managed to thread new pipe under our drive WITHOUT cutting into the cement. This saved us having to repair or replace our driveway! My experience with both Felix and Chris was outstanding! Aside from both of them being very professional they were extremely polite as well as personable. My initial request was for a quote to demolish 2 bathroom vanities and then replace with new ones. All the necessary work was explained to me in detail. When the quote was presented, the explanation of costs were comprehensive and I immediately decided to use The Pink Plumber with the caveat being that Felix and Chris would do the work. The following day Felix and Chris showed up on time to complete both bathrooms. I was astounded as well as doubtful when told that both vanities could be done in one day. I was indeed pleasantly surprised. All the work was done and my bathrooms and my home were left in perfect condition!!!! I am delighted with the new look in my bathrooms. Felix came to the rescue when my master bathtub faucet started leaking. I called for service and within 2 hours he arrived prepared to investigate my problem. He discovered there were no shut offs to my bathtub, which he remedied same day. He came back 2 days later with a quote for a new faucet to install and the hardware he found was the same kind I was looking at getting. I am so glad to have everything fixed up, I will definitely be rebooking to get matching hardware on my sinks in the very near future! (See More)

Making an appointment was incredibly easy and everyone followed through exactly as they promised. I received an e-mail and a phone call an hour before Felix arrived. The e-mail included his photo and some information about him. He arrived promptly, assessed my issues right away, and made the needed repair all the while explaining what he was doing. I needed to have my electric, water heater replaced and the 21 year-old tank removed. I received three quotes and was waiting on a fourth but Felix gave me the best quote of the three and ensured me he could get the job done in a small window of time. Felix is a wonderful technician-punctual, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He had to rework quite a bit of piping and welded it twice to ensure there were no leaks. You could tell he takes pride in his work, wiping down the wall and the unit after he was finished. He left his business card for future needs in the home. He even inquired about a faucet in my bathroom that was leaking. I planned to take care of it as it needs a new fixture. He pinpointed the exact leak and offered to do the job. When I told him my brother or I was going to repair it, he still gave me material recommendations to get the job done right. Recently had our 15 year old water heater shell out, with smoke rolling out of the bottom. Luckily our son discovered it before we had a fire break out. Called the Pink Plumber the next day and spoke to a nice gal who sent out a tech to assess the situation immediately. After putting in a water heater 15 months ago through The Pink Plumber, our water heater had a bad leak. I called the pink plumber up and came to me the next morning. I requested the same service tech that installed it. Service Tech Felix Rivera. Felix assessed the problem and advised that the water heater needed to be replaced. Felix saw that I was upset about the labor charge. He called this manager up to see what they could do. The pink plumber worked out a deal. For that, I and great full to the service tech and to the company he represents. I have used the pink plumber for other services and will continue to use them. Felix was my plumber. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised I was having the work done the same day I called for service. Felix reviewed and discussed my issue, presented all my options. Once I decided to employ Pink Plumbers, Felix went to retrieve the parts required and commenced to perform the repair. Along with his coworker Joe, they were polite, friendly, clean and professional. I firmly believe in the old adage "you get what you pay for". In this case, my bill wasn't cheap but I do feel I got what I payed for and it was excellent. I have been going a little crazy lately, I have been with out water for about 3 to 4 weeks, due to my main water line being broken, so I have been STRESSED TO THE T. I contacted several other Plumbing Companies before deciding on The Pink Plumber. My deciding factor was that, although they did charge a service fee, it was a lot more reasonable than the rest. I was able to get an appointment the very next day! The technician who came to my house was very professional and courteous. He explained what every thing would cost, up front, without being patronizing or condescending about it. Another thing he did, which I have not observed before, is that he had his helper remain in the vehicle until after I had made the decision to have the work done. While I was visiting my daughter in Auberndale, FL, she needed a new garbage disposal. We called The Pink Plumber on 12/18 or 12/19 and Felix R. came to the house on 12/20. Felix was very professional but friendly. My daughter had purchased a disposal but when Felix looked at it he told us he would recommend a stronger disposal. Since I had replaced mine at my home I agreed with him that a larger one would be better. He installed the disposal and told us how it worked and what items should not be put into the disposal and that water should be run after the disposal is turned off. Great information. Being on a limited budget he worked with me on the pricing as best he could, even calling his supervisor to see if he could make things more affordable. Hence the pricing was very fair. Showed up as agreed..replaced ball (isolation) valve after tech broke original even tho I asked for it NOT be replaced, as it had not been operated for more than 8 years, and there are 2 other isolation valves upstream,including the street valve. This resulted in additional (non necessary) cost, to me, eliminating any discounts that were advertised. I am very unhappy with the "Upsell" and general deceit in this service and company. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone My rating on this is ONE on a 1-5 scale. What goes around comes around. Hope the extra $$ make up for my dissatisfaction! (See More)

This is a great company to do business with. I called in the morning and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. She took my information and scheduled the appointment. I was called by Felix R. a couple hours later and he arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed my plumbing problem and fixed it in a very professional manner. I was emotionally attached to my 70 year old toilet but Felix sold me on the advantages of letting her go and replacing with a new one. It was a tough job to replace her but I could not be happier with the new one.. It works like a charm. Very clean too. The Pink Plumber not only gave me an appointment first thing the next day after my call but Felix ,there Plumber, did an excellent job. He was thorough, he was clean and he went above and beyond by understanding my needs. He worked to get me the best price for a job I wasn't expecting but needed -a toilet leak that was coming from both the tank and base. We ended up needing to replace it, and he picked out the right color and gave me a choice in his estimate of two models and allowed the higher price model at the same install quote. I had an emergency situation on Labor Day. My shower caused a leak and flooded my laundry room and kitchen pantry. I called Pink Plumber and was given an estimate of 1 hour. Felix R. was at my door in LESS time and he was nothing short of amazing. He was able to find the leak and fix it within a couple of hours. He was so neat and cleaned up the job so well, that other than some sopping wet towels, you would never have known there was a leak at all. Charged $245 Diagnosis fee results in absolutely wrong diagnosis. Suggested replacing a $30 part but job would be $650 come to find out that diagnosis was totally wrong and the problem is in an entirely different place and the suggested part need NO replacement. ast, reliable service! Needed a new water heater ASAP. Called at lunch on Friday and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours and the project completed that day. Our tech, Felix, was polite, descriptive and knowledgeable. We had never replaced a water heater so he was sure to explain every detail and show us exactly what needed to be done. Not only did we feel confident in his recommendations, we also felt good about his suggestions to change out the old PVC pipes to the heater with new better material and valve that will last longer and reduce up keep in the future. Overall I was very happy with the service from the time I called customer to the final job sign off. I saw and heard The Pink Plumbers working on my neighbors house. I quickly inquired into the matter at hand and both technicians were very professional and courteous with their responses. I recognized how diligently they worked until the job was completed, about 9 PM or so. Seeing their strong work ethic, I asked if I could have an estimate on some work I needed to have completed in my house. Two days later, Felix came to my home and gave me a very fair estimate on switching out all of the valves and hoses in my house, as well as putting an alarm on my water heater. Again, Felix worked very diligently to complete the tasks in a timely manner. Felix then explained what he had accomplished so that I understood the basis of how the work he completed would benefit my home in the long run, not being plumber savvy myself. Felix was excellent! I had an emergency situation due to plumbing issues and he came out after midnight to try and fix the problem. He was able to diagnose the problem and came back that morning to fix it. He had to add new pipes, a job that normally takes maybe 2 days, and was able to get it completed in one day! All it needed was a PVC pipe less than 6inches long and it took forever to get an estimate. Another plumber showed up so I can get another estimate and felix was cranky because at that point i was waiting for the other plumbing company estimate. Felix first off said 440 the other company got it down to 450. Because of felix attitude I was told them I'm going with the other company and felix said he could get it down to 350 but I told the other company I would still rather do business with them even though I'd be spending 100.00 more. While the other plumber was completely the repair that took about 30 min Felix was down the road about 2 house just stilling there which was weird. Felix started professionally but at the end I wouldnt recommend him. The tablet definitely slowed down his estimate as well for how long it took which was not his fault. (See More)
