I was very pleased with Matthew's assistance in setting up my new phone. Although it didn't come with instructions, his were clear and easy to follow. He also updated the extensions in my phone so that they include everyone at the office. We communicated daily until the issue was resolved and I'm glad that I'm able to use it now.
