Have been using Scott English Plumbing any time I need quick and reliable help. This time our pressure regulator on street main broke and the plumbing system started getting 150psi pressure. Called the dispatcher, the crew arrived in several hours. Mike Whelan and his partner Jose did a great job in identifying and confirming the issue, replacing the regulator, then verifying everything was working correctly. They adjusted the pressure in my system to within proper range. Thanks again! (See More)

Mike and team were 30 minutes early and ready to start work on time. I live in a townhome community with shared access to the mainline so timeliness is most important. Kept us informed throughout the job and wrapped up the work before the scheduled completion time. Ran a thorough leak check before wrapping the job. Swept and cleaned the garage before heading out. I recently had a leak at my bathroom sink and called Scott English Plumbing to come out and repair it! They were very curtious on the phone and were able to send someone in short order! Mark Whelan is one of the finest plumbers that I have ever worked with. He was extremely polite and smiling whenever he spoke with me. He was polite while he was changing out extremely corroded pieces of plumbing and that is truly arduous. Despite the difficulty of the physical work itself and me changing my mind twice, he was done quite quickly.
He was able, as well, to give me an idea of what would be involved with additional plumbing needs.
Mike is one of the nicest people that I have met in the last two years. I would, without reservation, recommend him and this company to anyone having plumbing needs at reasonable costs. (See More)

I have done business with Mike W. several times. He is exceptionally thorough and really a pleasure to work with. I enjoy talking with him as he is a very good conversationalist. Mike at Scott English Plumbing - cleaned out bathroom main drain, sent me photos of the problem, which was caused by handiwipes. This is a no no around my apartment house, my tenants have been warned ...so they are paying for the plumber (239.75). Compared to a local company in San Clemente - this was very reasonable. Their service department is quick to answer (literally the phone only rings twice before its picked up!) and they can always fit us into their schedule.
