Billy and his team worked diligently over a two day period to install my all home generator. Billy strived to meet all scheduled start times and ensured that any disruption to my work from home was minimal. I have used Reliable Heating and Air since I moved to the area a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Right off the bat, they rerouted a dryer vent that the home inspector said was against code to be venting into the garage, because the old vent to the outside had been clogged completely up. They also did the correct paper work to help me force the previous owner (I had bought it from ) to pay for it, as they had dangerously reconnected the vent to the clogged pipe after the home inspector's report. I also had them clean out all my duct work. Such a great company! Since that time, their technicians have been to my house three times to do my seasonal check-ups and ** has been at two of those. My service person came out to do maintenance on my generac. He did his job well and even cleaned my outdoor unit leaving it looking as good as new---as he called it----leaving it looking like a lawn ornament. However, it wasn't just that. He discovered a water leak from somewhere else in my basement and not only informed me of it, but also helped me to move a couple pieces of furniture out of the way to keep them from being water damaged and then was kind enough to help me find the source of the leak. He did not have to take the extra time, but he cared enough about me, as a woman who had just lost her husband, to help above and beyond the call of duty. Billy originally came to the house to diagnose a problem with my Generac backup generator. After determining it was suffering from inadequate maintenance, he suggested Reliable's annual generator maintenance plan. He got it to operating again, then after the maintenance kit was stocked, he returned and performed the annual maintenance which I will continue to have. he explained several things about the generator to me. He was on-time, professional and friendly. In between the first and second visit, their gas man also came out and evaluated the setup and confirmed there was no problem with that. When my air conditioning stopped working, I chose to call Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning, because of their name.
I was VERY pleased with them!
Billy was the technician who came to my house. He was professional, courteous, and accurate. When I had to speak with them by phone , they told me they had found in their database that my fan motor was covered still by warranty. They thought of that, not me! They came quickly, and when they said they would. They had to order a part, it came sooner than promised. They got the air going a couple hours sooner than estimated.

On a Sunday night when the temps are starting to reach 80 inside your house, I will have to say that Reliable came through in a big way.
The service call fee was not out of line for a weekend and Billy did a great job. He was in and out in a very efficient time frame. He diagnosed the problem and had the part on the truck. All around, Barbara and I are very pleased.
