I have received repeated requests to buy comfort club services, even though I have explained why I don't want them. You even showed up unannounced. Luckily I was home, because my spouse would have assumed that I had scheduled the service.
I have also recommended your services in the past to my church, and found out later that the service they received was very unsatisfactory--you couldn't even get the billing correct. (See More)

Your experienced staff gives us the service we expect but often the first person that is sent out to us either does not know our property or lacks the technical expertise to handle the situation. When the more experienced man arrives we always get top service. (See More)

I did not have a problem with your service personnel until the end when I was asked to sign an electronic device which did not give me a receipt or a itemized statement as to the cost of each item. I called your office asking for this but never received an answer. I have a major problem with that. I will never use your company again and will not recommend you to anybody. (See More)

Everyone was great. The new hot water heater was put in the same morning and Aaron is getting us a proposal on an AC/HC system. They all jumped in and went to work.
