I called Precision Air Inc. Since my Carrier AC was not cooling. I originally called the company that installed my 8 year old Carrier AC & Heat Furnace. They told me they would schedule me to repair my malfunction AC in a month. Since the temperature in the coming days was rising to the 80’s and 90’s I could not wait a month. A friend suggested to contact Precision Air. I called them and I was scheduled in three days. The service tech, Eric S. Arrived within the window of the scheduled time. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Eric immediately trouble shooted my AC system and within one hour my AC system was back in operation and cooling. Eric is an expert in his field and he checked and tested each component of my AC system. He said contact Precision Air should I ever need them again. I’m very appreciative that Precision Air, who did not know me previously, but scheduled me within three days. Lauren, the office rep., was very helpful. My experience was terrific. We are new to the area and needed someone to come out for a pre-season AC maintenance call. I have recently had dealings with Lauren on your staff. I have also spoken with her many times in the past. I have always found Lauren to be of service in answering my questions, knowledgable on products and company policies. He cleaned up after himself. He also didn't try to sell me any products or service that I did not need at this time. I love the ac system that Precision Air installed in my home, and it has worked exactly as I need it to since its installation. The system's design ans duct work is perfectly located throughout my house. I needed a new heating system and hot water heater. Tom from Precision Air was great. He came out and then met with me to go over several options.
He was very informative, answered my questions and was then able to quickly schedule the job. I went with an energy efficient system that has a tankless hot water heater. I do not have a hot water heater, I have unlimited hot water as needed with this system, love that and my monthly bill is low. I was also able to qualify for a rebate and get the home insulated. This was a house that needed work before I could move in and Tom and his staff were available and patient when I had any calls or questions.
