The pilot light for my hot water heater (HWH) started going out on Tuesday morning so I called Pratt to make an appointment. Andrea told me that they were booked and it would be next Tuesday for the earliest appointment. I said OK and I would relight the pilot light. It was out again Wednesday morning. When it was relit it only stayed on for 5-min. I called Pratt again and told them what happened and if they could not come out I would have to get someone else. Andrea talked to her Techs and Tony said that he could come fix it that morning and go to his scheduled appointment in the afternoon. Tony was here by 9:00 and had the HWH and 4 code upgrades fixed by 1:00. Tony was fast and efficient. The final bill was exactly the estimate that Tony had given me. I would recommend Pratt Plumbing to anyone. I especially thank Andrea for working me into the schedule and Tony for coming over and installing the HWH when he had another job scheduled! (See More)

Had to have my hot water heater replaced Andrea was great on the phone and John and Michael came in assessed what needed to be done went over the options with me and did everything they could to keep it in my budget! They did a great job and cleaned up after them selves! John is very good and knowledgeable in his job! Michael is good at his job as well very attentive to what needed to be done and will be a great plumber! Thanks y'all! (See More)

Finally found a plumber that helped with an issue I have been having for months, or possibly years!
I have been looking for a plumber that I feel I could trust and that would be reliable. I feel like Pratt Plumbing is the company I have been looking for. I asked John & Robert to go through my house and check all the plumbing fixtures, drain the tankless water heater and to PLEASE help me identify where an ongoing odor in my house could possibly be coming from. As John was going through his checklist, he was able to identify what was causing the odor and fixed it right away.

Andrea was very professional and helpful from the moment she took my call. Damon came out later that day to assess the problem and after a diligent search discovered that my water heater was leaking at the top instead of the bottom. he did a thorough search of finding my best options based on the limited space in the water heater cabinet and pricing. The next day Damon and John came out for the installation. It was a difficult install because of the space there was to work in for the install. Both men were polite explain what was going on and all of the things there were having to add to meet City codes. They did a great job and I am really glad to have used Pratt Plumbing. (See More)

Damon came out to fix a couple of leaks for us. He was very knowledgeable of our plumbing problems and he was sure to protect our carpet since he was having to crawl under our house. They understood our plumbing concern and knew how to "make it right."
They were right on time, called first, were very neat, and most of all, John and Damon are real career craftsmen ( plumbers), not handymen.
Price was reasonable, and they had patience with me, completing my project as I had in mind.
I recommend them highly and see no need to call anyone else in the future.

My water heater had an intermittent leak for approximately 2 years until it finally decided it had enough of being in my house by becoming a constant leak. Of course, this was a Saturday night. I called Sunday afternoon after bailing out the drip pan about 100 times hoping it would heal itself while trying to barter with it. John returned my call within 10 minutes and asked several questions. He recommended waiting until Monday morning to get my situation under control. At about 0815 Monday morning, Andrea called to schedule a time for them to come out and remove my sad and tired water heater. I talked to her and John again about some options. Damon was at my house within an hour after getting off the phone. He had everything he needed and went over some options with me again. He got it done within four hours. That included draining both water heaters and putting a brand new shiny one in their place. He was also very patient. I am very very happy with the service I received from all parties involved. My new water heater is an AO Smith that sounds like a man's water heater when it fires off!! It's not loud, but you can tell it's serious! They didn't try to up-sell me anything. I felt they were very honest and helpful....which is something to be said. I have never written a review before, so that should also say something. This is a company I will always call again for my future plumbing needs. (See More)

As usual, the Pratt team members of Adrea and Kiel have provided prompt and quality service. On my most recent service call, the kitchen sink I purchased as a part of my major kitchen remodeling project had the drain for the garbage disposal in the wrong position. The drain was left center on the left double basin. This placed the garbage disposal too close to the cabinet center where the main plumbing lines were located. Kiel had cut out all of the old in cabinet plumbing assembly and replace and reroute the new assembly to the left of cabinet center. He completed the job in a thorough and efficient manner. For the amount of work and parts involved, he did the job quite quickly, which was to my advantage. On the other hand, I would think retailers selling sinks would inform customers of the importance of knowing where the drain hole for the garbage disposal needs to be located. I can always count on Kiel and the Pratt team for courteous, efficient, effective, and reliable work. (See More)

I would highly recommend Pratt Plumbing for your home repairs. We were very pleased with the service they provided to us to repair several gas leaks under our house and replace the gas line in our yard. Gary responded very promptly to give us an estimate for the repairs and offered some alternative suggestions for ways to reduce the repair costs compared to the other estimate we were given. John, our service man, was very polite and helpful. He kept us informed of the problems and what he was doing to fix them. He was very thorough and persistent in finding the leaks. The office scheduler, Andrea, was also very polite and helpful during the process. We will definitely use Pratt Plumbing again in the future. (See More)

Kiel was here to remedy our slow home drain. He analyzed the problem and stayed with it until the problem was fixed properly. He didn't just clear a portion of the drain, he cleared the drain from the farthest point from exiting the house to the exit point. I will definitely use Pratt Plumbing again. (See More)

We were in a time-crunch on closing on our home and we needed a water pressure test to be able to close on our home in 4 days. I phoned Andrea on a Friday afternoon at 4:00 and she was immediately responsive to our need. Gary contacted me the following Monday morning at 7:30 and explained in easy to understand language the water pressure issue we were dealing with. Chester, service technician, arrived and was professional and prompt and resolved the issued. Mike F. came to my house exactly when he said he would. He gave me an estimate before starting the job. He worked all the while he was here and fixed all of my plumbing problems, and the bill was the amount of the estimate, no more.
