Josh came to our house at 11 o clock at night because our furnace stopped working. He even made a strong attempt at troubleshooting with us over the phone. Plum Air Inc sent their representative, Dale, to our home a week prior to the Christmas Holiday. He was very helpful and corrected the problem that we were having with our humidifier within a matter of minutes of his arrival. Thank you Dale! Travis and the entire team at Plum-Air were completely top notch and made the process of replacing my central air and furnace absolutely frictionless. Where other reps came out and said splitting the ducts into two zones would cost me a fortune and could not be done anyway, Travis told me not only could it easily be done, but quoted me a reasonable cost on the spot to do it. His team then delivered and for the first time since we've lived in this house, it is cool in the summer! We no longer need window air conditioners to supplement our cooling at night. Plum-Air also took care of all the rebate filings and warranty filing as well. Plum-Air has become my go-to for any future plumbing or HVAC needs. I cannot say enough good things about them. Joshua and Plum Air is a 5 star...After calling 6 companies Plum air was the only company that would help me.. Joshua answered the phone when I called... After I told him my problem he said someone would be there in the afternoon... Within 2 hours Joshua came..It was 11 AM.....He went right to work...He had to crawl in my crawl space on his belly in the dirt...He showed up clean and dressed well...After fixing my problem he still looked clean and professional...He was pleasant the whole time he worked...I will call Plum Air anytime I need plumbing or heating service...They are a 5 star company...They under promised and OVER delivered.. Plum-Air, Inc installed heating and A/C units in Nov 2016. During the first weeks of our first use of the A/C system (Jun 2017), we noticed a very loud noise coming from the fan. Carl was out to the house within a week to check things out; he quickly found the culprit (not the system itself, but an intake vent issue), addressed the problem, and, additionally, evaluated the system and found a more efficient setting appropriate to the size of our house. It was Sunday evening, and we were closed. The last place I wanted to be was at the restaurant, but our cooler was running high. After speaking with the Plum-Air answering service, Dale called me immediately and he talked me though the problem and said he could be there in 30 minutes.
