The Pann family of workers, in the office and on site are great. They're clear on their prices and unbeknownst is requested and/or needed. They are polite and very caring of your personal property. I've been part of their preferred group for more than 15 years and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work. (See More)

I have used Pann Home Services for a number of requests over the last year and a half or so. Most recently, Amy F scheduled my appointment to have Jim L. come to patch and repaint some holes in a couple of walls in my home. Jim was wonderful. Like all Pann employees, Jim was very pleasant and easy to talk to when explaining what work I needed. He told me ahead of time the number of steps he would have to take and they arefor the time it would take, approximately. That was very helpful to know. Before he left he cleaned very well after himself. I could not have been more pleased with his work. (See More)

Every year I use Pann Home Services to check on my furnace. From start to finish this is a very professional experience, replete with reminder calls beforehand and this followup afterwards. Naturally the Service tries to sell products (in my case a $500 plus addition to their services). But: and I appreciate this: it is not a hard sell, just a recommendation. We had a leak in an old toilet. It could not be fixed, so Pann replaced it. They came on time and everything was done well. When the plumber *** had finished, we also discovered that there was a problem with the boiler, so he fixed that also. We were very happy with the service. (See More)

Rich did a wonderful job installing a new toilet and replacing a leaky kitchen faucet. He encountered some minor problems on the way but still managed to complete everything in just over 4 hours. And his explanations were always very clear. Highly recommended! (See More)

I have been doing business with Pann for many years. The technicians are always knowledgeable, professional and respectful. They are willing to deal with whatever additional problems might come up. Today **** found a bird's nest in the dryer hose and cleaned the whole thing out even though they were here to fix the bathtub. Although they are expensive , it's worth the extra money to be confident that they know what they're doing and will do a fine job. I appreciated finding my tub sparkling clean. (See More)

My ac broke down monday night so I called them tuesday at 7pm. I explained we have a baby and it was really hot for him. After a long time on hold they came back and told me they would send someone that same afternoon. They came over and fix the problem immediately. Im so thankful. Everyone in the company was helpful! I have been using Pann Home Services for years now and I have full confidence and gratitude for their great work and customer service. They go out of their way to book an appointment that will work for me, and I appreciate their follow-up calls and emails to let me know when the technician is on his way. That said, I would like to give Luis high praise for his work this week to install a new toilet. He was attentive to detail, did great work, made sure that the area was clean when he finished. Professional, thorough, friendly. Twenty-six years ago, the original owner of our home used Pann Home Services to install two furnaces, and as the current owner, I couldn't be happier to be able to work with the same company all these years later. Our technician, Peter K., showed up on time, got right to work diagnosing our heating issue, and took ample time to discuss every possible option for servicing the heating equipment in my home, from repairing our old furnaces to replacing the entire heating system.
