Jon D******** was the Construction Manager, and Dave F****** was the Lead Carpenter on our project. They transformed our small basement into a usable office/laundry space. They were both wonderful to work with...Jon is great at listening and communicating. He is very responsive and has great ideas. Dave is a highly skilled carpenter and does beautiful work. They work well as a team. I would highly recommend them and Pann for home services and remolding. (See More)

I am very happy with my entirely new master bath. Jon D. and the carpentry division did excellent work which involved starting over with carpentry, plumbing, tiling, electrical, and painting. Also, they made almost a dozen hand-crafted radiator covers which made a huge difference in appearance from room to room throughout the house. High quality work done by very professional and personable staff, although it sometimes takes a little longer than promised. (See More)

I highly recommend Pann Home Services. I had Pann workmen in my home for a couple of days to remove a leaking HVAC system and replace it. Peter and Nick did an outstanding job. Then Steve got rid of the black mold and replaced affected baseboards. Afterwards, Jon came to be sure the work was completed to his satisfaction It was. By hiring Pann, I did not have to worry about coordinating the workers and getting them scheduled here in a effective and efficient way. This is one of the many advantages to hiring Pann. They do all the heaving lifting. If you are looking to have any work done in your home, hire Pann Home Services. You will not regret it. (See More)

John D renovated our kitchen and bathroom. His ideas and expertise were beyond what I expected. He shows his talents in his work and does everything with such care and accuracy. He is a perfectionist and treats the work he does as if he was doing his own home . He is courteous, and was always was on time and always cleaned up with no trace off work ever being done. It was a pleasure to have John do the work and it is reflected in the beautiful kitchen and bathroom he did and complemented by all who have seen it. Panns reputation is definitely represented by John D making it the great dependable company we have found it to be. Thank you John.

Gilbert d installed our central air unit. He said it would take 4 days and he finished at exactly the time he said he would, He was very professional, courteous and on time every day.. Pann truly lives up to their reputation by having employees like Gill. **** originally came to investigate some staining under one of the grab-bars in my bath/shower. He found that the wall was almost completely rotted through under the window. The repair eventually involved rebuilding the wall under the window (inside and outside), insulating the wall, re-inserting the window with a new interior sill, and re-tiling the entire enclosure. **** did the work carefully and well. In addition, he made it possible for me to stay in the house by carefully lining the work area with plastic, reinstalling grab bars, and arranging a temporary curtain for my shower. Jon D has come twice to our house in Cambridge this past week. The first time it was to replace light bulbs in ceiling fixtures that we couldn't reach. My wife and I are both seniors. The second time it was to repair a broken lock on our back door. Our house was built in the 1890s. We bought it 22 years ago and have called on Pann whenever anything needed to be fixed. Like all Pann people, Jon was respectful, friendly, and competent, but he had something besides, a good natured sense of humor and an appreciation of our home. He was like a good neighbor who comes to help out when there's trouble. He has a personal touch that puts you at ease and makes you feel you're in the best of hands. (See More)

Jon and Joey arrived first thing yesterday morning. I was delighted because they had both worked here a few months ago to remove mold and mildew from a portion of my basement walls. Jon and I walked around my basement to look at the holes in the ceiling that he needed to patch and repaint. Then he and Joey got to work immediately. When they needed to go pick up some materials at the store, Jon let me know. Then, at the end of their day, Jon showed me what they had done. He said they would be back the next day first thing to complete the job. As promised, Jon and Joey arrived first thing this morning and completed the job. They cleaned up after themselves so that everything looks neater than when they had arrived yesterday. I could not be more pleased with their work. Jonathan and Joey did a fine job of replacing sliding closet doors and installing wooden bi-fold doors. Jonathan came back to add a piece and did the job in 30 minutes.

Although a bit costly, Jon and Joey did an nice job, even doing work off-site to accommodate the disabled resident. an additional piece was needed and Jon came to do the work within a few days. He cheerfully did the job in 30 minutes! We will hire Pann Services again without hesitation. (See More)

Michael B did a great job meeting my emergency need for a new water heating system; courteous and professional throughout. The guys who did the installation and set up were great. On time, professional, knew what they were doing, and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even helped my neighbor out of a tough spot, out of kindness. John & Mike F. have been working at our child care center for weeks. It has been a pleasure to work with both of them. Their work appears to be highly professional. They have been open to our ideas regarding a design change that will make our work much easier.
As important as their skills they have both been highly respectful of the staff and families.. I suspect that they are not accustomed to having to adjust their schedules to the needs of small children, but they have been professional and smiling throughout the job. Their language was always respectful and even the music that they listened to was appropriate for the families to hear.
The job is not quite finished but what is is very well done.
I would hire them to work on my home without any hesitation. (See More)
