I called Pann during the COVID19 crisis and they came right out. They were suited up appropriately, diagnosed my problem and returned to fix it the very next day, knowing it was my only shower. This is my first experience with PANN. It will not be my last for any plumbing needs I encounter at my residence. I actually saw two young men in a semi trot coming to my residence by their similar attire. The City of Cambridge was doing excavating work. They weaved their way underneath yellow tape and I greeted them before they rang the doorbell. They politely and confidently introduced their selves. I'm like I've never seen a contractor as happy as these two. But finally they quoted me and I was sold and they were ready to complete my plumbing needs. I might add indeed they did beyond my expectations. Their work was top quality. My faucets are at peak performance. I inquired about and area outside of their immediate responsibility but they took pictures to show their office team my further needs. Needless to say I want them or (PANN) to do that work as well. Bill & his co-workers were great--efficient, professional. And they clearly explained what the cause was of my bathroom leak--and what needs to be done. In this case, the fault was from another neighbor's plumbing. I was able to give exact instructions to my neighbor, so she can relay it to her own plumber.
They welcomed all of my questions.

Pann Home Services has been my go to source for HVAC for several years now. While doing a routine semi-annual on my furnace they found some serious problems with the heat exchanger, when I saw the crack in the exchanger I was horrified to think that gasses had been seeping out thru the heating system.
Within a short time, the guys replaced the furnace and at the same time I had my 8 yr. old water heater replaced.
The professionalism of these guys is incredible. Work done within a day for each project and not a bit of residual mess, I was amazed. The crew introduced themselves, wore booties to come up and replace thermostat in living room. I tend to be a fault finder, as my friends can attest, but, I could not find one thing to complain about.
Ryan, Kellin & Tim were an attribute to this fine company, I can't recommend them enough.
* With winter here and concerns about high levels of CO-2 found in homes, and some of the tragedies I hear about, I'm just super glad that I have an annual service contract with Pann. Peace of mind at a small cost. Thanks guys !! (See More)

We had a leak in an old toilet. It could not be fixed, so Pann replaced it. They came on time and everything was done well. When the plumber *** had finished, we also discovered that there was a problem with the boiler, so he fixed that also. We were very happy with the service. (See More)

I have nothing but high praise for Tim B. And Pann's work in helping us install leak sensors on our water heaters. Two other recommended companies we contacted had no experience doing this kind of work. Tim did the task from bid to completion in three business days. Pann was very easy to work with in terms of scheduling the initial appointment, arranging to have the work done by a contractor with experience in the work we needed, and confirming the arrangements. Tim took the time to *listen* to what the various issues were. He then diagnosed the problems. He then suggested various solutions, and educated me as to the pros and cons of each suggestion. I did not feel pressured to do anything.. We had an actual back and forth discussion, where he demonstrated his expertise and his intelligence. This was a warm Friday afternoon, and Tim did not try to rush away. He also repaired on site everything that was possible, at that point. He also fixed some shoddy workmanship from another company. From my initial phone call (when I was panicked because of a water heater malfunction and the tech on the phone calmly talked me through each step of getting things sorted out) to the email confirmation showing me exactly who I could expect to show up at my front door - now THAT is customer service. He examined the issue (Plumbing) and took the time to explore an effective yet less costly option versus ripping a hole in my ceiling leading to all kinds of other issues. Although the repair of my kitchen sink is still in progress, so far I have a very strong feeling that Tim, the technician Pann Home Services sent to do the job, is taking good care of me. There was a decision to be made: new faucet stems or a complete new faucet. Tim gave me thorough info so I could make the correct decision. I live in an old building and getting the proper replacement parts for fixtures is difficult. Tim was very conscientious in taking measurements and photos of the parts, and brought these to the one supply house that carries the proper replacements. A new replacement faucet is now on order, and in the meantime, Tim was able to get my kitchen sink temporarily up and running so I won't be adversely affected by the waiting period. All told, I feel I was very well treated. (See More)
