He assessed our situation and quickly referred us to his team leader as it was not going to be a quick-fix and was more complicated than expected - with no charge for the visit - as it was just a 'troubleshoot' - which I appreciated, since we did end up fixing the system with Oasis.
Brian (super helpful, friendly and professional) came promptly a few days later, did some 'digging' and assessed that we didn't need a whole new irrigation system and it was repairable. He gave me a reasonable cost to fix and within a week, he came out and fixed the system.

They were on time, communicated effectively, and provided a high quality outcome. I will likely save over $150 per month in wasted water consumption just by their successfully finding and fixing the leak.
