Te key word is service. Andy came on time and we discussed options since we had a difficult install with many variables. After much discussion, we agreed on a system. Andy was very patient. I wish we could afford this amazing product. The agent that came out to visit with us was informative and very respectful. We would have LOVED to have one installed but at over $4,000 for the one unit that would have been fabulous in our large family room, as two retired educators, it was just plain out of our league. My experience with Chris Z. & Caitlin A. Was outstanding. I called Morris Heating & Air Conditioning to set up an appointment because I’m interested in putting air conditioning in my home and a possible heat source for a new workshop constructed on my property. Caitlin took my call and was super friendly, informative and efficiently set up a time with their representative, Chris. Tec was great sold me on possible up grade. Set up date with sales representative. He I wanted a new compressor or unit. Sales rep was at 15 k to 30 k and that was over phone. Said I needed to remove my art handelers that would require me to tear out ceiling. Told him that I wanted to keep old system in place. No return call.
