I called Morris on Monday, the day before a bad nor'easter was due to hit, because my furnace stopped working. Greg arranged for his technician Blaise to come out and fix it for me. Blaise was able to quickly diagnose the problem and work with Greg to determine where he could get parts to repair it immediately. Obtaining the parts involved Blaise driving to Malden and back, which he did willingly. Furnace fixed! Blaise came back on Wednesday AM to ensure everything was working properly. I dealt with Heather for billing. Everyone was very professional and I sincerely thank them for their very fast response!! (See More)

Morris installed a A/C / Heat pump for me last year. It's a 24K BTU unit and it cools my entire house easily, AND heats it, too. My electric bill only went up a fraction of what I expected (maybe $30, or $40 / month on the months when it is used the most). Between my wood stove and the heat pump, we're toasty and really enjoying the huge savings over Propane heating. We just had it serviced and it's running like a top. The service man had too walk up our long, icy driveway to do the service and he did a thorough evaluation and check-up. We're believers! (See More)

The technicians are amazing, my a/c needed Winter maintenance and the technician was at our house at 10:00am right on schedule and had the unit working efficiently within 10 minutes. In November of 2016 I experience failure of heating equipment in my house. To help me with this issue I contacted Morris Heating and Air Conditioning company. This was not the first time when I contacted Morris with request for help and as always their service was excellent the administrative assistant Heather was very helpful attentive to details and set up an appointment very efficiently, service professional **** was right on time very efficiently resolve my problem and give me several valuable advises how to avoid this situation in future. Heather G was really helpful and a delight to chat with when I called for the first time to get service on our 29 year old Lennox furnace. Before I was finished describing how to get to our house, she said "Oh yes. I see it on the map. No problem."
Bob B showed up right on schedule, did an excellent job in solving a problem with a furnace for which it's no longer possible to get parts, and really filled me in on all the details and options. I was surprised to find a full report in my In Box barely an hour after he left, and It was a real pleasure to work with him. I feel as if I've just made two new friends.
We have a joke about companies like this. You'd better not think too hard about getting service or they'll show up at the door before you've had time to call them up. (See More)
