The service technician was courteous, wore a mask, and stayed out of the living area of our home as much as possible. During the annual servicing of our central AC, he found that the condensation hose on one of our two air handlers was partially blocked. He was able to blow it out and now it is working well. This could have caused water damage in the house if not discovered. My only concern is the cost of routine annual servicing for two condensers and two air handlers seems high at $583. But I have not compared to other companies. Through the years that we have used Morris their customer service has always been excellent and professional. (See More)

Have used Morris for the past 3-4 years, and all the technicians that have visited the house for maintenance, including most recently Steve Z., have been wholly professional, courteous and thorough. We haven't had any real problems with our HVAC (knock wood), so I can't opine as to anything beyond routine service, but in all respects we've encountered, from their office administration, follow-through and in-home service, we have nothing but positive things to say. I only seem to have HVAC issues on the weekends LOL...fortunately Morris HVAC is always there when they are needed... (even on the weekends).
Steve (the service technician) promptly returned my call this morning, estimated when he would arrive this afternoon and was here exactly as he said. I was 100% confident in Steve's diagnosis of the issue and his recommended fixes for both the short term needs and longer term plans of the system. He was cautious to not do too much too quickly today if the end game was a system replacement in a few months. He advised us as if he was spending money from his own pocket. Kudos to Morris for having top talent and thanks to Steve for your expertise today.

I had the annual maintenance done on my heating system on Jan 4th by Steve Z. I was very pleased with his work. He discovered a problem with the humidifier by noticing how clean the water board was and brought it to my attention. He explained everything to me and showed me things I need to know, such as where the shut off valves were in case of emergency. He returned today with a new part to fix the problem, but we soon discovered that the problem was due to a faulty sensor wire. After he disconnected the wire, the humidifier worked like a charm.
