Joel and Alex pulled into the driveway at 6:59 for a 7:00 am promised start time and proceeded to do an excellent job upgrading/replacing our circa 1993 A/C system. They were able to manage the removal process with ease, and when the installation was proceeding ahead of schedule, they were also able to put a call in to get the electrician on site to keep the job running smoothly. These guys are awesome. We had Alex H. and Brian D. for installers. We just had them complete a 2 zone mini-split installation in our 1850s house. They showed up on-time (7am) and worked very fast and efficiently. The install took about a day and half. That included mounting the mini split heads, condenser outside and running electrical/hvac lines inside conduit. They did a really good job, everything looks neat and professional and they cleaned up everything when they left. The conduit looks great and just looks like rain gutter. It's at the back of our house and we really don't even notice it. Way better than window AC units.
We're in day 2 of a 90 degree heat wave and the entire house is cool. I wish we had gotten these installed sooner. (See More)

Chris was well prepared and fully and clearly explained the options available to us. In addition, he walked us through our house recommending optimal placement of the wall units. Further, his proposal was prompt and complete and he responded quickly to our detailed questions. The Installation Team (Matt and Alex) were always professional, courteous, on time and worked steadily completing our project within the time estimate. Our old house presented a number of engineering challenges which were solved exceptionally well. The outside ducting was impeccably installed and complements our home. This was one of the most professional companies that I have had the pleasure to work with in a very long time. Andy worked hard with us to design a system that would work well in our Massachusetts beach house as well as one that we could afford. He responded quickly to any calls or emails that were sent to him and we always felt that he "was on the job". Alex and Matt spent four days at our home installing the system. They were polite, respectful and never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were working on if we inquired. The installation looks good and although we have not yet had the weather that will test the system to the max, our practice runs indicate that this will be a fabulous upgrade to our home. (See More)

We have been a customer of Morris for the last few years since we moved into our Condo in Salisbury MA. Recently we decided to replace our aging gas furnace and air conditioning unit with high energy efficient units. We were so pleased with the process from beginning to end. The front office set up our walkthru and estimate quickly and within two weeks the new units were in and operational. Andy spent as much time as needed to map out the new system, answer our questions, and provide us with a quote on units that met our needs without going over the top and provided us with great rebates and discounts. Matt and Alex performed the install over two days. I can't say enough for how professional and courteous they were. They showed up on time, the work site was left clean each day and completed on time. Camilla and Heather coordinated the billing and our rebate process with both the manufacturer and National Grid. I have been dealing with Morris HVAC since I switched from oil to gas back in 2014. They installed a new furnace and central AC unit. The installation went without a hitch. I am on their annual maintenance plan. They come in the spring for the AC and in the fall for the furnace. They are always prompt, polite, and informative. Today, I had the pleasure of having Cristos again for fall service. He's always willing to talk with me about the system and the best ways to get the most out of it efficiently.
