Kevin and Bobby were on time, thorough, tidy, and took time to walk me through the system when the job was complete. Kevin and Bobby also came back the following day to adjust something I wasn't happy with. It's great to work with professionals who are clearly knowledgeable and care about what they do. Kevin D and Bobby just spent an entire day in our hot house and even worse, outside our house putting in a new central air system for us. It was a 97 degree day and the "feels like" temp outdoors was 107. Our unit went in on the south side facing the sun without the whisper of a breeze. These guys were neat as a pin, they followed Covid19 guidelines, and they did an awesome job. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and we can't say enough about how pleased we have been. During routine maintenance of my air conditioning system the technician gave me I received an honest and fair appraisal of the efficiency of my 23 year old system. It used the old R22 freon and it was low. They could have topped off the system and charged me for the old expensive R22 but they advised against it considering how inefficient it was operating. A couple of weeks later Andy came out and gave me a proposal to upgrade the entire system. The price is what I was expecting but considering it's already late August, I'll wait until next April and call Morris Heat & Air to install a new and more efficient system.
Today Morris Heating & Air Conditioning installed a whole new system. My installers were Kevin, Bobby and Leo. They were very professional, thorough and cleaned up everything when they finished. They briefed on the new system and its operation. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and will recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing maintenance or upgrading old systems. (See More)

I am very pleased with my new Mitsubishi ductless ac/heat system so far! Chris gave a very thorough explanation of the units themselves , as well as the cost and available rebates at the first visit. I had three units installed over three days and Kevin and Bobby did most of the interior and exterior home installation with John installing the electrical panel. They arrived promptly at 7 every morning and work was done in a timely fashion with all areas cleaned up. They did a great job of explaining how to run the units and use the phone app, despite my spotty internet connection! Thank you! (See More)

The Morris Team, Zaremba and the installers Kevin, Bobby and John, replaced our broken air source heat pump (ASHP) quickly and smoothly with another, larger ********** multizone unit, They get an overall A for their professionalism, responsiveness and quality. Excellent experience from the start with Andy scoping out the house (inside and out) and utilizing his knowledge and his expertise to recommend how we configure 5 Mitsubishi mini-splits a/c's on 3 floors. Then came Kevin/Bobby and John to do the real work. The installation team was professional, clean, caring, on-time and very knowledgeable. These guys were great - they were here at 7 AM sharp every morning and I don't think they even took lunch, they just worked all day. We had kind of a tricky project where we were re-routing stuff to get heat and ac into an attic and they did a great job, came up with what I would call an elegant solution that not only gave us more room to use in the attic, but also improved the efficiency of our whole system. I had a great experience working with Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. During the quote process, Morris Heating & A/C (Chris) was quick, responsive, and very knowledgeable about both the products and the **** **** program. Chris worked with us to find a system that looks beautiful in our home and is efficient, meeting the requirements of the updated **** **** ********. The install (Kevin and Bobby) was completed very efficiently. The units were installed and routed exactly as we had hoped, providing optimal cooling while remaining inconspicuous in the room. The remainder of the routing through home was done cleanly and effectively with minimal new holes required. Kevin and Bobby were incredibly punctual and worked through to the end of the day each time. They even didn't mind that we had to keep the puppy at home throughout the week which was unplanned. Once completed, they walked me through the unit and its functionality. Overall is was a very easy and pain-free process. Andy, I wanted to let you know that you have made my home much more comfortable. Through your recommendations of first replacing our my central home heating/cooling heat pump system. Joel and Kevin did a great job with the installation of the new Lennox system. Joel and Kevin were very professional, neat and answered all my questions. Andy as you know these condos all suffer from not having enough heating or cooling on the second and third floors due to lack of proper duct distribution as you explained to me. Your recommendation to add a ductless split heat pump system to the third floor has made a big difference in keeping my home warm. I look forward to being cooler in the summer in my studio on the third floor. I also wanted to let you know that the humidification system that you recommended that John installed on to the main system has helped so much with the dryness in my home and is keeping my artwork from being damaged. We recently had a new furnace installed by Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. I don't usually review companies but I felt like this company really deserved a great review. I worked with Andy to figure out what exactly we needed and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He didn't push us into anything he just supported everything we asked for. Our installers were Kevin and Joel. They were extremely friendly and they did a great job. They cleaned up the area afterwards and everything looks great. I worked with Camilla in the front office and she couldn't have been easier to work with. Overall they definitely have my recommendation and we will continue to use their services. (See More)

Our excellent experience began with Andy, our Comfort Advisor who met with us and explained the installation of the Heating and Cooling System. He is very knowledgeable , experienced and professional. We met with him several times in order to make our decision and he was always willing to answer our many questions. Baldor (Eddie) was the project manager who was top notch and again explained the installation with expertise ! The actual installation was done by joel (lead manager) with Kevin assisting him. They were here two days installing the system with expertise and skill. Again, all of our questions and concerns with answered by them. The installation went smoothly and on time. My wife and I have been wanting to put air conditioning in our Colonial Post and Beam and we knew a mini split system for heat and cooling was a perfect solution that would also cut down on the woodstove use in the winter.
We checked out several companies but Morris Heat and Air has a stellar reputation and after they installed a system in my parents home we knew they were the installer for us. They couldn't have been more professional and it was obvious watching them work, they are very good at what they do. We were stunned at how efficient they were and the system is outstanding.
