Ben, Shahed and Shane (the electrician) did an awesome job installing our air conditioners. Very professional and friendly, answered all of our questions. Each day the home was left vacuumed and neat.

Do not go with Moore & Russel. The sales pitch will dazzle, the timelines will be amazing and then they just don’t show up. Huge waste of 4 months being strung along. After our Furnace broke and getting may quotes from different sources we chose Moore & Russell and are very happy with our chose. From our initial consultation with Jordan and the installation team of Steve and Zak, they are very friendly and professional. As we did not have a furnace they put us at the front of the line. I normally only read other people's reviews and never posted a review. We changed both Furnace and Water Heater yesterday. Spencer and his team did a very good job. The new outside vent looks very nice and the new Lennox Gas Furnace is super quiet and I even did not notice it was working in this morning. Thank you Yann for your time to come to my home and answer my questions and yes, Nest thermostat is really amazing.

We bought the top of the line product. they can install the furnace no problem, but they did not know how the new technology thermostat works. on selling, they sold the thermostat well, they know and explained well what it could do. it turned out, they just didn't know how to make it do all those things. it's been a couple of months, we still don't know how to set it up, and they know we have not been able to - their solution is, find and watch a you-tube video 01/04/18 |

Spencer and Zack who did the install where #1. Having been in the Marine Trades for years I realize that most installations/replacements are not as straightforward as they first appear. Spencer and Zack handle all curve balls in professional manner. They arrived at approx. 9 am and did not leave until after 7 pm. After drilling many holes, routing pipes and modifying existing duct work all they left behind was a shiny new furnace, no dust or any other debris.
The estimate and service proved by David Boyce was very complete and easy to follow with plenty of options.
All my experiences with this company have been very, very positive. In my field of work I am always asked for referrals which I am very reluctant to give but in the case of Moore & Russell I recommend them without any hesitation.

I met with Brian M initially from M&R and he was a pleasure to work with, explained everything in detail and made sure we had the agreement in place before the ****** rebates ended *******. The crew *************** arrived on schedule on the day ****** we had arranged for the ******* installation. They were courteous and professional while onsite and the ******* replacement was completed within the time frame I was given. However, later on in the evening I noticed a gas smell and called M&R's office, they have an 24hr response number and after a very nice lady took all the details, within 10 minutes I received a call back from Devon the service technician, 40 minutes later he was onsite and discovered a crack in the gas shutoff valve next to the furnace which had been newly installed earlier in the day. 30 minutes later he had it replaced and on his way. Not sure why it was cracked but I was impressed with the after hours service I received. Also Impressed with the new ******** Would have been 5 stars for the review but for the gas leak issue. Nov 2017 Right from the start, I was impressed with Jordan Chen who came to assess and price my furnace installation. He was extremely competent and knowledgeable and available to answer questions. My installer Steve was equally impressive with his patience with all my questions and high level of knowledge. Steve also went the extra mile to make sure all the holes from old piping were sealed up to ensure no rodents could get in. Steve had an associate with him who was very capable with the wiring and took great care to make sure the thermostat was not going to ruin the old wood boards in our home which are brittle and not replaceable. They both did an excellent job, were very professional and hard working individuals. Krissy was exceptional to get my furnace installed sooner as I had no heat during the cold snap! The entire experience was very good, starting with the sales rep to working through the challenges of the install. You see we are on Porpane and both the furnace and water system needed to be converted and then recalibrated. Sure would have loved it to be completed in one day. However what was appreciated was the tech Stephen came late and over a weekend to complete the conversion and made sure the system was running as intended. Extremely diligent at his work.
