Mike did an excellent job to fix the nightmare of plumbing issues in my basement. I had a 15 year old heater, way high water pressure (100 psi), some rusted leaky valves, and a laundry list of other problems. Mike was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He installed a new water heater, and a good one. It qualifies for a rebate from the gas company because of the efficiency. Beyond that he fixed the service line into the house, which was severely corroded, added a PRV, and cut out some other nasty plumbing. I’m very happy with the quality of work and highly recommend. I will be calling on Mike and Mission if I have any problems in the future. (See More)

My first experience with Mission PHC was a positive one. I had a water leak under my bathroom sink. It became a more complicated situation because of older plumbing fixtures and pipes. The plumber sent out was Mike Carter. He was able to tackle all the issues that arose during the course of the repair work. Thanks to his experience and expertise he dealt with all the challenges in a very professional and courteous manner. I can't say enough about the quality of his performance. A couple years back I had a sump pump installed by Mission and had such good luck that I decided to use them to work on some plumbing problems that needed attention. I am glad that I called them. Ran new water lines and installed new faucets on house for backyard supply. It rained all day yesterday so I haven't tested today, but it was fast, Mike was knowledgeable, job done for less than a competitor and I feel relieved the broken pipe is no longer leaking water. Our very old hot water heater finally bit the dust. Mission offered a great product at a great price. Mike C. was the master plumber assigned to replace it. I absolutely could not be more satisfied. He called ahead with an ETA, arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous and efficient, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The job was completed beyond expectations, as he replaced some of the pipes that were old and even repaired my main shut off. It's obvious he takes pride in what he does. Mission PH&C came through again! Mission replaced our HVAC system about a year ago. Based on their previous work, I called them about a leak. Master Plumber Mike C***** figured out where the elusive leak was coming from and rectified the problem in short order with help from Plumbing Specialist Jacob. He also took the extra time to crawl through our entire crawl space to make sure there were no other leaks causing our issue. thank you to Stacy who called to notify us Mike was running late and would call us when he was on his way. We had several issues and Mike checked each one and gave us an estimate. When we got to the basement he noticed water around the sump pump and fixed that as well. He was so pleasant and willing to address all of our issues and it was late in the day, early evening. Mike has our repeat business based on the quality of his work. We have had the outside spigot replaced 2 other times and paid the same price as Mike. There is no comparison in the quality of their work. Mike is the only one who secured the spigot to the house and it no longer jiggles when you turn it on. If you want to feel you got what you paid for I strongly recommend Mike at Mission Plumbing. (See More)

Mike helped installed a 40 gallon water heater tank and explained to me what the game plan was and answered any of my questions/concerns. Mike C. was asked to fix 3 difficult plumbing issues that my DIY husband could not fix. These included adding shutoffs to our outside faucets, replacing shutoff valves on PEX lines to my washing machine and fixing a small leaking gas line. Mike C. completed all the complicated work to code, paying careful attention to leaving us with safe and proper repairs. He was professional and always explained why he was doing the work that he did. The hardest repair was getting the small gas leak that was in the line to a long gone outdoor grill. He had to find the shutoff valve that a past owner had finished the basement ceiling over, without marking it. He was able to find it and cap the line with minimal ceiling repair needed. I am really happy with Mike C.'s work and professional manner. I will be calling Mission Plumbing for all my future plumbing repairs because I know the work will be done right!! I had not dealt with Mission Plumbing before, but after I contacted KB Complete (a company who has installed my furnace, air conditioner and water heater in the last several years) and wanted to charge me $89 for an estimate only. Mike C. of Mission Plumbing came to my home the same day I called and gave me a FREE estimate. I was impressed and told them they had the job. Mike C. was thorough, timely and very precise, even though we faced several complications. As far as I'm concerned Mission Plumbing has all my future business. Long story short, the 30 year old valves were custom made and the entire plumbing behind the wall had to be replaced. Had a great experience with Mission Plumbing. Had an emergency leak on the weekend, called their service and they followed up quickly with a phone call. I was able to contain the leak so decided to wait until the next day before having them come out the next day. My hot water heater was a beast to get out of a furnace closet and the new 40 gallon would not fit. We decided on a smaller one that would fit so we waited until another guy could bring it to Gladstone, MO from Kansas. In the end, everything was installed and working great. What impressed me was that no additional charge for all the extra trouble and labor than what was originally quoted. Mission Plumbing and Heating is the way to go! Bryan, Jeff and Mike were knowledgeable pros! I consulted with two other companies who did not seem to know what to do with an old boiler. Bryan knew exactly what to do. The whole experience has been excellent. They replaced a 1978 vintage boiler with a high efficiency boiler. Clean, sharp install. They also replaced a pedestal sink and did some other piping. Pros! (See More)
