I usually do not leave reviews, but the level of service provided left an impression that I feel the need to share. My HVAC died and I had several companies come out for quotes to do a whole system replacement. This was the only company that I felt 100% they were not trying to play games. - Timely: They are the only company that set actual times. No time windows for 3-5 hours. They said noon, and they were there at noon. When the installers said they would be there at 8Am, they were there early ready to go at 8AM sharp. - Sales: At no point did I get pressured into the premium tier of equipment. There was no hard upsell. I stated I was on a budget and the sales rep (Chad) gave me a good/better/best scenario and was very much willing to explain the value behind each part of the cost. Also, very responsive. - Costs: They balance value and cost almost perfectly. we all fear "The Binder" as part of the sales pitch, but they were the only company that was like, "Here is good, better, and best. This is the cost installed, here are the options, none of them are required, but here is the value they provide should you go that route." everything is laid out for the laymen, so that they can understand the bids aren't some arbitrary number. - Service: I will be the first to admit I am nosey and am generally curious of all trades. These guys had no problem with me observing and asking questions about their work. At no point did I get bad vibes and would have felt perfectly fine running to get lunch or something while they were working. the quality of their work is top notch in my opinion. After being burned by contractors and other repair companies, this is the first company in a long time that I would actively recommend to people based on my experiences. I cant speak to their plumbing work, but it is my intention to use them for that and will write a separate review once that service is rendered. 10/10, will use again. (See More)

When getting estimates for a new AC, Mission had a very competitive price and a no nonsense, no hard sell approach to the entire process right through installation. It’s a business that knows its business and does it right. (See More)

Very nice, professional, knowledgeable and attentive guys during the furnace and AC install. Also 40% less expensive than another large company in the area and still provided top notch highly rated furnace and AC with 10 year warranty. Our 20 year old air conditioner quit working on a very hot Friday evening - we were able to call and quickly get an appointment. The unit was repaired and we chose to install a new air conditioner and furnace. The sales rep met with us Saturday, gave us detailed information, quoted a competitive price (deducting the repair cost from the cost of the new unit) and arranged for installation on Tuesday. The professional crew of four showed up on time at 7:30 and did an outstanding job installing the new units. We couldn’t be more confident or pleased with Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. This is the second time I have used Mission. They did my AC last summer, and just had them do my furnace and water heater. Very professional. Everything went as planned. Answered all my questions, and gave me extra tips for maintaining my new system. They even covered my floors from front door all the way down my steps into the basement utility room. Professional service, installers on time, had all needed materials (didn't have to leave to pick-up a left piece of equipment). Prices reasonable, friendly considerate staff at office. The men that showed up to do the job of installing the AC/heating equipment were actually early. The work was doing quickly, professionally, and they were both friendly and informative during the installation. The installers would both rate an 11 on a 1 -10 scale. I plan on using them again for other plumbing projects that I have. Office personal taking the information were very nice to deal with as well. All in all, they did what they said they would do in an excellent manner. (See More)

Josh and Kyle were timely,dependable,knowledgeable,polite, and did their work efficiently. Josh went over all aspects of the install from acoil,to outside unit to thermostat. The guys got here right on time very friendly and informative I haven't seen this level of professionalism from anyone in a long time. Tom did the inside work and Josh did the outside. In a 48 hour period we had a technician come diagnose a furnace failure mode, a sales guy assess our HVAC system and recommend replacement options, and the installation team deliver a quick and clean install of our new furnace and AC units. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. (See More)

I had a full HVAC system installed on a cold Saturday morning. Josh and Pat showed up on time and made sure to properly greet me when I opened the door to them. They were very friendly and professional, and they ran into a little snag when installing my new furnace. But they made sure everything was working fine, except the new A/C system due to freezing temperatures outside. Once they were done they made sure to clean up after theemsleves and make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I’m very happy I chose to go with Mission Plumbing Hearing and Cooling. Old furnace died and between calling for an estimate to the install was less than a week. Installers went above and beyond to make everything right and all the paperwork for rebates was done and ready to go for us. Was glad I went off a friend's recommendation to use them. (See More)

I can't say enough good things about this company. My experience began with Roseanne when I first called, she was very helpful and sweet. I had a carbon monoxide issue with my water heater and Eric J came and not only installed a new water heater but was very thorough and made sure all possible causes were inspected and taken care of. At the same time my air conditioner also failed during the hottest weeks of the year and he was so knowledgeable and helped me select the best HVAC system for my needs. The installation was led by Chad along with Eric J, Josh and Eric G. They were not only a well oiled machine but also were so kind. The house temp was greater than 90 degrees and I was so worried about how hard they were working and their safety and encouraged many breaks but they were so focused on getting the air back on for me. After installation Chad made sure to explain the whole system to me and answer all of my questions. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is I highly recommend this business when you are wanting a professional, knowledgeable company with such caring employees. (See More)

I came home from a trip to learn that my furnace was dead after 31 years. A year earlier my central air also went dead. I then researched many companies and selected MPH&C to provide me with these two needed replacements. I could not be any more satisfied. The representatives that came to my house and installed both items quickly exhausted any list of superlatives. Craig was the first who devoted over 1.5 hours with me explaining the options I had to choose from and the pro and cons of each choice. The next day Chad arrived who answered every question I had and provided knowledge that I did not have as he supervised Bryan S. and Josh in completing the installation. All four representatives appeared to have a sense of PRIDE in their work. There is nothing that I could recommend to improve the experience from the paperwork, installation, explanations and clean up. I was surprised when I viewed the laying of drop cloths down on my floors and steps prior to doing any work and later understood how this prevented any needed clean up job and how it prevented all areas from being damaged. If I had employment opportunities within my organization, I would gladly hire any of these four representatives from MPH&C. I hope they get noticed by the J.D.Power organization as the best in this line of business. True professionals, well trained and customer service minded. (See More)

The Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling professionals are the best. Jeff M thoroughly explained options for our new heating/cooling system and even made sure everything was in stock and part of a promotion before he left. Steven H and Josh C, our installers, were punctual, efficient, professional and skilled. Even after a 9 hour installation in below zero temps, they answered questions and explained our new system to us. This was our first experience with Mission and we were totally impressed. (See More)

Josh and Robert were prompt and did an excellent job installing my central air/heating/humidifier. They even went over the programmable thermostat with than I played with on my own while they were finishing up. Somehow when I was playing with I erased the current time and they noticed it when I asking them to verify I programmed it properly. They corrected it for me while I watched. When they were leaving we had a few minutes of chatting and Josh informed me that he did my next door neighbor and a neighbor one house away. how cool is that because my next door neighbor I have known and been friends with since before we started school. I've seen and been in their house their installation was top notch also SO MISSION PLUMBING YOU ROCK. OH FINAL NOTE THEY gave me a quote on Wednesday and installed it today Thursday one day after the quote !!! (See More)

We have a teenager with muscular dystrophy, who had recently spent a week in the IUC. Our ancient a/c system wouldn't come on, at all. Cody came by and assessed our problem. We had to replace the thermostat and were told that the a-coil had a Freon leak. With the recent hospital stay, and a scheduled series of 3 surgeries coming up, we just couldn't afford to fix or replace our system. A friend loaned us a window unit to run with our inefficient unit, but we were barely able to keep the temp around 79-80 degrees. Cody followed up with us to see how we were doing, and we had to tell him that we couldn't afford to fix/replace the unit this year. Miracles do happen! Mission PHC donated their labor, sending Josh and Cody to our home to install a brand new a-coil and Lennox A/C unit, that was donated by their vendor. Josh and Cody were very kind, compassionate and professional. They did an awesome job in just a few hours, constantly telling me that they were happy to help us. We are eternally grateful for the gift that God has given us through this amazing company, and we truly appreciate the Earth-bound Angels that were sent to alleviate our son's misery as he recovers from his surgeries. Shout out to Mission PHC and in particular Tracy, Gary and Josh! I got a phone call at 12:40 in the afternoon letting me know that we had no hot water at the house and there was water running out of the hot water heater. After going by the house to assess the situation it was obvious it was time to replace the 10 yr old hot water heater. A couple of quick phone calls and Mission PHC had a tech on the way. By 4:30 the same day we had a brand new water heater and there was no sign anyone had even been at the house. Fabulous job by everyone involved and a special thanks to Tracy, Gary and Josh! Just had my HVAC installed today! Everyone at Mission PHC are top notch professionals and very down to earth. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only thing I would like to suggest is that when someone is without air or heat, it would be nice if you could offer a one room unit to hold the people over until their installation is complete. Had a great experience with this company from Steve F. coming out to doing a quote for me. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy just given options if I want to go with their company. They came after hours on a Saturday within 45 min. for not an outrageous fee, identified the problem quickly determining we needed a new heater, put us on the calendar and arrived promptly for the scheduled install. Eddie came to our house to discuss my request for a furnace install. He was very professional and promised it would be taken care within a matter of days.This was not an emergency but it was completely installed two days later. Eddie came to my house for quote request. He has experience in my house needs and gave me options that made good sense and how rebates will work for me from my utility companies and a fed tax rebate. This helped a lot. My old unit works but the deal was to good to wait any longer. We locked in a low price for all AC and furnace, with top tier TRANE equipment. Chad and Josh did install Friday like they were a team for some time, worked with little mess, and cleaned up completely when they were done. House temp dropped to 67, hardly any concern with outside 40 degrees. We have 70deg comfort for all winter now with confidence in the proper operation for years to come. (See More)

The 2 technician were on time, friendly, detailed in every way, and kept me informed as the progressed with the install. After they completed the install they took all the time I needed to show me everything, explain what they had done, set up the programming, instructed on how to manage the units. Our AC quit at the beginning of a heat wave this summer (2016). Eddie C. came out quickly to discuss replacing our AC and our 27 year old furnace. While he was here, he added coolant so the AC could cool until replaced. Hooray! That was Tuesday, and the replacement work was scheduled for the following Tuesday. On Friday, Eddie called to see how the old AC was doing. I happily reported that it was still cooling the house. But later that night, it quit. I called Eddie and he found a colleague in the field who came over at 10pm and discovered we needed a part, which he had on his truck and installed. Hooray, again! The following Tuesday, a great team showed up. One fellow shored up the precarious platform we had on our sloping yard and installed the new Lennox AC, the others took out the old HVAC system inside and installed the new. All were very nice and professional. Our thermostat has a Spring/Fall program to allow for the roller coaster changes we've been experiencing this fall. Everything is functioning perfectly. I met with a sales rep at my house after hearing an ad on the radio. He was well informed and easy to talk to. My wife and I decided the equipment to value ratio was high and decided to run with it. I signed the contract and the entire installation including a furnace, ac unit and a new hot water heater was complete before five o'clock the very next day!
