Air scrubber filter went out and scheduled with Mission PHC to come out on a Monday. They addressed the issue and ended up adding a new thermostat and replaced the air scrubber at no charge and no labor charge as it was under warranty. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable about all their ac and furnace units. He even gave me some feedback on a Nest Thermostat that I was considering about purchasing. Excellent service! Jeff B. and Jacob R. did an excellent job finding the source of our sewer gas smell which has haunted our home for the two years we have owned it. Jeff and Jacob also installed a new water purification system and tested everything out to ensure the new system was functioning properly. Overall, both Jeff and Jacob were friendly, professional, and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Mission PHC to everyone. One awesome installation. A very highly professional job. Exceeded my expectation by far. Working in a very tight space, it is all 'tucked in' very neatly. What blows my mind is that within a span of 3 feet, it took 14 pieces of PVC pipe/fittings just to 'snake' the flue thru the wall. And, it was all done only by 'eyeballing', no 'cheater marks'. The way it was installed, I now have room to install a whole-house humidifier. Big-time THANKS, excellent job. (See More)

I have recently bought an older home. The above were in working order but old and inefficient. I saw a ad on tv about a special that mission was running. I called they sent Jeff to my house to talk with me. Jeff was friendly and knowedgable. He knew what I wanted and worked out the best deal for me. Jeff installed two hot water heaters to replace our 11 year old hot water heater after it failed. He was fantastic from the start! Jeff explained, in clear detail, why our original hot water heater failed. He then skillfully installed the two replacements. His work is detailed and beautiful! In addition to his professional workmanship, Jeff was very kind and a lot of fun to talk to. This is our first time using Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling and, after yesterday's experience, they are our new go to plumbing company; and I will most certainly request Jeff for all of our future needs. Jeff came out on the same day as called and was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix our issues as well as instruct me how to make a few other smaller repairs that weren't asked for that were noticed when the appointment was scheduled. This was by far the best service I have ever received for plumbing related issues and Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling will now be my only service I use for plumbing issues. (See More)

Jeff replaced tub and sink fixtures and other work to repair our bathroom plumbing. He did a neat and efficient job, but most of all, he was great to have around. He was patient and pleasant, found a business for me that carried a part we needed and patiently coordinated that transaction. He made helpful suggestions as well. My husband and I were beyond impressed with Jeff B and Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling! Scheduling was very easy and we were given a time frame for when to expect Jeff. He even called ahead of time that day to let us know a specific time to expect his arrival. Jeff knew exactly what our problem was and assured us he could fix it. Not only did he solve the problem, but he went above and beyond and also took it upon himself to seal up an area we did not know was exposed!
He was also very courteous and wore booties throughout our home so we didn't have tracks throughout the house, which made a big difference with the storm we had overnight!
Jeff was very professional and kind and we did not doubt his abilities. We will not hesitate to call Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling in the future! (See More)

Mission Plumbing and Heating is the way to go! Bryan, Jeff and Mike were knowledgeable pros! I consulted with two other companies who did not seem to know what to do with an old boiler. Bryan knew exactly what to do. The whole experience has been excellent.
They replaced a 1978 vintage boiler with a high efficiency boiler. Clean, sharp install. They also replaced a pedestal sink and did some other piping. Pros! (See More)

Mission HPC was contacted by my daughter on a Sunday before a holiday because our furness quit working at 3am. Jim came out, inspected, and gave us options. Our system was hot water heat, and there are not a lot of plumbers who are knowledgeable about hot water heat. Jim was patient, friendly, knew all about our kind of heat.
