The installers were curtious very proffesional quiet and answerd any question you asked they were in and finished installed in about 4 hours i would choose them over all the others besides the cost was almost 3.000 dollars cheaper thank you (See More)

I came home from a trip to learn that my furnace was dead after 31 years. A year earlier my central air also went dead. I then researched many companies and selected MPH&C to provide me with these two needed replacements. I could not be any more satisfied. The representatives that came to my house and installed both items quickly exhausted any list of superlatives. Craig was the first who devoted over 1.5 hours with me explaining the options I had to choose from and the pro and cons of each choice. The next day Chad arrived who answered every question I had and provided knowledge that I did not have as he supervised Bryan S. and Josh in completing the installation. All four representatives appeared to have a sense of PRIDE in their work. There is nothing that I could recommend to improve the experience from the paperwork, installation, explanations and clean up. I was surprised when I viewed the laying of drop cloths down on my floors and steps prior to doing any work and later understood how this prevented any needed clean up job and how it prevented all areas from being damaged. If I had employment opportunities within my organization, I would gladly hire any of these four representatives from MPH&C. I hope they get noticed by the J.D.Power organization as the best in this line of business. True professionals, well trained and customer service minded. (See More)

Guys did excellent work and highly recommend company. They installed exactly what I wanted when other companies in town said it couldn’t be done ! Very knowledgeable and thorough ensuring project was done as specified. Best prices and service in town. I spent two weeks getting bids and speaking to companies and glad I chose Mission to perform work !! (See More)

Craig worked to get the project scheduled and priced correctly. Gary was on-time and efficient as well as courteous and knowledgeable. I saw a TV commercial advertising Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling. They were offering a special on a furnace installation. I called them and Craig came out to look at my furnace. He was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We scheduled the installation the next day. Chad and Jarrod came out and they were great guys. They arrived on time, explained everything to me and completed the job in a very timely manner. I think Craig, Chad and Jarrod are all wonderful and I would definitely recommend Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I own rental property and I will be calling them for any future needs I may have. (See More)

We had a great experience from the initial info request I sent, which was answered with a phone call within a minute of hitting send. Then Craig came and spent time answering our questions and now Bo was here before 0800 today to get going on the install. Bo was very friendly and answered my questions, his work looks excellent and after he made sure everything was working properly he explained the new equipment. I didn't get to chat with Bobby because he was busy and had to run parts. (See More)

Very Knowledgeable and trustworthy. The estimate covered everything. No pushy sales or up-sells. Craig gave great service. The same day I informed them I chose their bid, they were here installing the unit. Great Price and very competitive. Install was done by Steven H. He communicated everything he was going to do, and gave me his vision of what it was going to look like, and it looks exactly as he described it. Craig did an excellent job of explaining the features of the furnace and AC units and choosing the equipment that was right for my house. Chad and Tom showed up early in the morning as planned and had all of the equipment installed and running that day. They were all very professional and did a great job. (See More)

I was very pleased with the all around service I received from Mission. Craig was very knowledgeable about the proper equipment and made the sales process painless. We called about our furnace not working on Monday afternoon and the A/C and furnace were replaced and working by Tuesday afternoon. Chad and Tom were professional and friendly. We had a furnace and ac installed the first of Dec. Service guys were very professional and quiet. Came in did what was needed and left, leaving my space cleaner than before. I feel they went above and beyond, securing my old thermostat and even securing my dryer vent that was near the ac unit. Craig was very thorough, knowledgable and friendly while in preparing an estimate for replacement of my HVAC system. Gary and Bo were on time, polite, took great pains with ensuring everything was neat and tidy throughout the installation. New system looks and works great. Mission came over within hours of our call about our air conditioner going out. They gave us the best price out of four other companies to replace our AC unit. The came over the NEXT DAY and replaced everything within a matter of hours. We had a very good experience and would recommend them! Thank you! (See More)
