I am a new customer to Mission PHC, I was having a problem with my AC this spring. I called the company that installed it several years ago and inspected it regularly, but even though it was very hot weather they were going to make me wait for 4 days so I called Mission and they sent their technician (Jeff) over that day. Jeff serviced my unit and I am very pleased with the results. The same technician recently checked out my furnace for winter operation (wearing a mask and shoe covers). As I watched he explained what he was doing and determined all was working properly. They installed a new furnace & AC and have maintained it since the
installation. Recently Jeff Mills and Ryan installed a new hot water heater, PRV, expansion tank and two new vents in the finished part

On 6/24 late in the afternoon I noticed my air conditioner was not working. I called Mission PHC and Jeff came out and found the breaker had tripped. (this happened at the end of the season last year) I had another company at the time and all he did was flip the breaker and leave. Jeff took the time to trouble shoot to see if he find out why breaker was tripping. Found a burned wire at connector and another part that needed replaced. 5 days later my air is working like new. Our heater was making an awful noise so we called Mission PHC. Jeff M**** came out and found that the fan motor was failing. He ordered a part and as soon as the part came in, he and Ryan M******* came out and installed it for us. Both Jeff and Ryan were courteous and professional. Great company . . . after losing power for 2 days (Saturday - Monday morning) from the recent sow storm, my furnace "died" Monday afternoon. Mission PHC got Jeff Mills out immediately, & he diagnosed that my blower motor was almost dead. He temporarily got it running, but I needed a new HVAC system (furnace & A/C were OVER 30 years old!!!), & helped my select an appropriate one for my home. It was installed a day later . . . and is great & will be much more energy efficient.
Jeff and the installation techs actually showed up about 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment, were very friendly & professional, did a super job with the installation & adapted to a couple special requests.
I had Mission PCH install a sewer back flow valve & sump pump 1 year ago, & they did a super job the.

Jeff from Mission PHC made an emergency call to our home at 11 pm on Friday night. We had noticed a burning smell in our air ducts with the AC running. We were leaving on a trip the next day and weere afraid to leave because of this. Jeff cheerfully came to our home, diagnosed and fixed the problem (fan motor on furnace had caught fire) and finished up about 1:30 in the am. As a follow-up to a previous review on June 24, 2018, Jeff S. from Mission Plumbing & Heating came to look at our hot water heater again as it seem to have an intermittent problem that was causing the pilot light to go out (most would think this is a simple fix). Jeff replaced the thermopile unit (State Water Heater's term for the thermocouple unit) under warranty. This did not resolve the problem, although State Water Heater customer service had indicated to me that is what should be checked based on the trouble lights displayed on the gas valve unit. Jeff performed diagnostic work after replacing the thermopile unit and determined that when the unit was plugged into the gas valve unit (as it should be) there was a very noticeable drop in voltage generated by the thermocouple. The voltage was within spec when not connected to the gas valve unit. With more diagnostic work it was determined that the gas valve was draining the voltage and therefore not allowing the pilot light to stay lit. The diagnostic work Jeff performed was the part of solving the problem. Not sure that technical support from State Hot Water heaters would have had the same diagnostic suggestion(s) that eventually solved the problem. Jeff replaced the gas valve unit and the hot water heater pilot light stayed lit and the unit worked great. Nice to have a technician such as Jeff who brings a lot of common sense and professionalism to the job. By the way, this work was done after 5:00 pm, and Jeff had already put in a full day's work prior to coming out to work on our hot water heater. (See More)

Jeff Mills with Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling came to our house on a Sunday evening about 9:00 to address an issue with our natural gas hot water heater. He quickly resolved the issue and then took a few minutes to make sure it continued operating and did some diagnostics while the burner was on. Also, he checked the flue pipe on the hot water heater and a short (2 ft) section had a slight negative slope and he took a few minutes and changed the flue piping so it had a continuous positive slope up all the way to where it connects to the furnace flue. He was very professional and organized. Provided thoughts on what to do if this issue continues in the future, but was not pushy about trying to sell anything. My wife and I have used several different companies for plumbing, heating, and A/C on a complete addition and remodel of our house and Mission is by far the best company we've worked with. They've installed water-heaters, A/C, toilets, sinks, and a bathtub/shower and it has all been exceptional work. Our A/C went out during a terrible heat wave in the summer! I was at home with 2 little ones and noticed the temperature in the house was rising. I called and they were able to send someone out quickly.
Jeff did a quick, but thorough exam on our AC unit and diagnosed the problem. He had the parts needed and had everything done in less than an hour!
He was polite, informed and fast! Exactly what we needed to get the problem resolved. I have and will continue to recommend Mission to anyone in need of their services. (See More)

Our A/C was leaking due to a clogged drain pipe. Our specialist Jeff M. gave a notice call, arrived within his time frame, and diagnosed and corrected the situation. I also was given recommendations about what other maintenance on our HVAC system. We also ended up having an expired expansion tank on our water heater that he was able to replace. I canNOT say enough good things about Mission PHC. The first time I worked with them was during the summer of 2015 when the fan motor went out on my A/C. On a hot day when a lot of service calls were already booked, they managed to send someone out to my house who correctly identified the fan motor was broken based on my description. He replaced it and had the air going again within 10 minutes of arriving. It took him longer to write the ticket for the repair than to complete the repair itself. I had a second occasion to work with Mission PHC today because my water heater went out. Jeff went over all of my options--repair versus replacement--without pressuring me one way or another. He thoroughly and clearly answered all of my questions. He was clearly knowledgeable about his product and local residential code. Just to cover my bases, I called the City of Merriam to verify the local code, and the city person I spoke to said, "You are dealing with an honest company for them to have known and told you about the code." When I opted go with a replacement, he started all the prep work while waiting for the new heater to be delivered to my house, and a couple hours later, he was completely finished and I was on my way to a hot shower. When I reach the unfortunate day that my furnace and A/C need to be replaced, they will be my first call. (See More)

AC went out at night. In the morning I called Mission Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and Jeff, a service tech, arrived promptly around 10:30 AM. He was polite, professional, and informative. We discussed repair options without any type of heavy sales pitch involved. In the end he recharged my freon level and provided budgetary pricing for full AC replacement.
