Luis D. was my service technician today and I can't say enough good things about my experience. We recently bought this house and had many questions about the unit and how certain things worked, Luis was very patient with me and walked me through and answered all of my questions.
He also solved the mystery of the loud noise in my unit immediately.
Not only was he an excellent technician, but he was extremely personable and a pleasure to have in my home. I will always request Luis for our service visits, and I have already

Mission PHC has been DELIGHTFUL to work with, all of their technicians are so professional and personable! we have had them install all of our new HVAC equipment and now they’re redoing our gas lines. Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling has been good to us! They helped us updated our HVAC system a couple years ago and come twice a year for tune-ups/maintenance. When I built my house 10 years ago my builder recommended this company to install my hvac. Hiring Mission Heating and Plumbing was one of the best decisions in building our house. We continue to use them for all our plumbing and hvac. The customer representatives are prompt, courteous and always looking for ways to save their customers money. Both of our techs (Tito & Luis) were great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our heating went out and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. They also took the time to explain everything. Even went above and beyond to clean out our humidifier system which wasn't working. Definitely would recommend Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
