Mike J & Gabe W came to my house to fix a problem with the furnace not coming on. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and made quick work of the fix. He’s easy to talk to and answered all my questions explaining things in a way I could understand—neither talking “up” nor “down” to me like so many repair people do. Gabe is also friendly and helpful. While they were there, had them work on a couple plumbing issues with hot water heater and furnace humidifier. Again, efficient, excellent work. (See More)

Kevin H. and Gabe W. from Mission Plumbing and Heating & Cooling were very friendly and polite. They got right to work and had my system installed in about 4 hours. No mess left behind and they showed me how to use my new system. They answered all my questions. Great job guys. There was a third person, but I didn't catch his name, he was also very friendly. From the first phone call, through the quote to install my experience was excellent! Craig came out talked through options and gave a fair quote. Emailed Craig the night before install adding a humidifier. Gabe,Kevin and sorry don't remember 3rd guy came out for replacement of my hvac system and killed it! Very professional, quality work, and excellent communication. I could not be happier with the whole experience and price. Thank you all for making this a excellent experience. My new air conditioner was installed the day after I agreed to purchase it by Anthony and Gabe who arrived on time. Wow, I don't see that kind of response every day. Both installers were polite, professional, and friendly. They remained after completing the install to clean up and ensure everything worked well. Anthony answered my questions and took the initiative to ensure the airflow was properly proportioned for both levels of my house and that the air intake vents were not blocked so the fan works efficiently. A great job done promptly as promised by great people. Can't ask for better service than that. I will be using this company going forward. (See More)

The process of obtaining a new air conditioner was made easy working with the Mission staff. Pat provided information on various types of air conditioners and answered all our questions. All three guys did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do and then doing it. They were very thorough and quick. The install we were told could take up to 8 hours took them about 5. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The system is working great and we couldn’t be happier. I will recommend Mission to all my friends. (See More)

After a series of expensive repairs over the past few years, we decided it was time to replace our old Trane furnace. We received bids from two local firms and picked Mission as the bid was more comprehensive at a slightly lower price. Chad came on Monday afternoon to bid the job and the crew arrived early Wednesday morning to complete the installation. Rob and Gabe were both very professional and finished the entire job in 5 hours. We are impressed and would definitely recommend Mission! (See More)

Steven H. and Gabe W. of Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling replaced our furnace, AC and humidifier. From the moment they stepped into our house, we were impressed by them. They were on time, organized, efficient, and very professional in every way. We had planned on being cold all day, but they had the new furnace up and running by around 2:00 p.m. They were not finished with the job yet, but we really appreciated having the heat back on so soon. It was a snowy, messy day, but they were extremely careful not to track any of the mess inside. They treated our house and us very respectfully. They were excellent and patient while showing us how to use our new equipment and answering our questions. They did not seem to be in a rush to leave. They removed all of the old equipment and cleaned up so well you would not be able to tell they had even been here. They went the extra mile, too. Our new thermostat didn't quite cover the opening in the wall where our old thermostat had been, so Gabe went out to the truck and got a plastic plate that he was able to use to cover the hole. It fit so perfectly behind the new thermostat that if you didn't know better, you would think it was part of the thermostat. Also, Steven and Gabe were supposed to revise our old humidifier drain pipe by adding an elbow bend to it where it drained into the floor drain (so it wouldn't get moved when we bumped or stepped on it, which had been the case for about 20 years). Instead of just leaving the old drain pipe and adding the elbow bend, they totally re-routed the drain pipe (and added the elbow bend) so that it looks so much nicer, is way more functional, and is out of our way. Genius--and so appreciated!!! We would definitely recommend Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling. (See More)
