Do to my family being put out of their home during this freezing weather and having carbon monoxide coming in, because of furnace not being put in correctly and can't get a response from owner or anyone else from the company to help correct this problem. (See More)

We have used Mission HVAC several times over the last several years. They have been excellent in response and finding and fixing whatever the problem. Our latest was the most extensive repair. Mark W. was able to temporarily get us heat for the weekend and returned Monday for a permanent fix, with a new part. I would highly recommend them to anyone. (See More)

We have been using another company for a while but weren't happy. Our neighbors recommended Mission. First, making the appointment was easy. Very nice staff and informative. Getting the email ahead of time with the technician's picture was great. I knew who to expect.
Mark was on time for the appointment. Knowledgeable about our heating system and took the time to make sure the job was done right. He assured me at the end of his visit that they would work hard to keep our business. With the service they have shown so far I have no doubt that they will!

I called Mission Heating because the roofing company that was going to put my new roof on noticed that I had cracks in the furnace flu pipe. Mission staff set my appointment quickly. Mark arrived on time and checked out the pipe and informed me that the pipe was double walled and that there was no immediate problem with the pipe but it would need to be replaced in the future. Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to have the pipe replaced. He ordered the parts and we set up an appointment. He arrived on time and did the work quickly and cleaned up after himself. I will recommend Mission Heating to my friends and I give them 5 stars. (See More)
