Pat and Ray showed up on time and competently replaced our water heater. It's in an odd place, so they had to contort themselves around our stairs to reach the pipes. But they did! Hot water was back on in a short time and works great. Thanks! (See More)

I am extremely happy to get my AC and Furnace installed from Mission PHC Team. It was a hot day and Craig helped us in choosing the right kind of Unit with the best price among all the vendors. When I originally built my home 30 years ago Mission did it, been 30 years I had another company put in a new furnace 5 years ago I wasn't satisfied , Thn II was getting quotes for a New A/C and some other things I needed repairs , Missions prices were the best again after 30years . The others could even give me a date they could start on Mission was there the Next Business day done in 4 hours. WHAT A PROFESSIONA Job!!! MISSION is the only company I will be calling from now on. We called Mission PHC for an estimate on a heater/AC combo package, since our heater was probably about 30 years old and our AC was completely broken and an underrated size for our house. Craig came out exactly on schedule and looked at our situation in depth. Craig listened to our initial complaint that air was not getting through all the vents. He looked at our ductwork and showed us how inefficient the 20 year old ductwork was. For not much more, Craig was able to get us set up with brand new ductwork. Mission PHC was able to quote a larger AC unit for thousands less than the competitors. He wasn’t trying to sell a “package” or do any upselling, and just told us what he thought we needed for our situation. Craig helped me get situated with financing, and the installation crew came out shortly after that. The crew, like Craig, came out right on schedule and were super nice and extremely professional. I was prepared for a day of stress, but Steve and Ray worked efficiently all day and there were literally zero problems. We got an explanation on how to use the new thermostat, and then they of course tested the heater and AC before they left. The best part was the dollar amount we paid for was the exact dollar amount Craig quoted when he did the estimate. The area in which they worked was clean and there were no pieces of old junk or scrap laying around in the yard after they left. The AC unit itself looks very nice and is situation on a new pad on some fresh, white gravel. Normally I hate getting stuff on the house worked on, but Mission PHC made it extreme straightforward – no “mind games” so to speak. I would highly recommend Mission PHC to anyone living in the Kansas City metropolitan area based off of this experience. (See More)
