He called later saying both AC & furnace would be installed the next day! I’d like to thank the Mission Team for their work installing my new Trane heating/cooling system.
Jim and Anthony were on time and friendly. My job was a little more challenging than most but they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job with protective masks on the entire time.
Would also like to thank Chad for working with me to identify the right system for my needs.

My experience with MPHC was fantastic with ONE exception. Chad, the comfort specialist, was informative and clear. The installers were fantastic - they were professional, efficient, and diligent.
My exception was they were often UNMASKED. During any other time, this exception would not matter. However, this omission is critical. And disappointing. (See More)

My new air conditioner was installed the day after I agreed to purchase it by Anthony and Gabe who arrived on time. Wow, I don't see that kind of response every day. Both installers were polite, professional, and friendly. They remained after completing the install to clean up and ensure everything worked well. Anthony answered my questions and took the initiative to ensure the airflow was properly proportioned for both levels of my house and that the air intake vents were not blocked so the fan works efficiently. A great job done promptly as promised by great people. Can't ask for better service than that. I will be using this company going forward. (See More)

The team (Steven H and Anthony C) were just great to work with - showed up on time (even a few minutes early), went straight to work. They kept the place neat, tidy and even though it was an attic installation, they were amazingly quiet. Left everything neat and tidy, even added some walkway boards in the attic for me. I had quotes from 5 different H&C companies and they were the best value and most professional. Be sure to include them if you need a project done. (See More)

My husband and I were shopping around for a new HVAC system. We knew we had a tight budget and that we may have to go a bit above what we wanted to spend to accomplish that. From the moment Chad showed up I knew this was the company i wanted to go with. He was on time, knowledgeable and professional. We had Steven and Anthony show up this morning on time for the installation. They were quiet, clean, and quick. If it wasnt for the occasional bang I wouldn't have even known they were here. Steven showed me how to set my thermostat and Anthony took the time to point out differences in our new system versus our old. I cant thank Mission Heating and Cooling enough. From the sales man to the installers, the guys were great! Very informative and answered all questions I had, even late I to the evening, after receiving multiple bids. Units were installed just a few days later. An installer was on-site 30 minutes early. They were in and out within 5 hours. So glad I choose Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling for this job! The Mission crew was competent, and efficient. They replaced our AC, Furnace and Water Heater. Mission was recommended by our son who also had a positive experience with Mission regarding his AC install. Also, they took the time to show me how to use the high tech thermostat. My sales rep spent as much time as I needed to be confident with my decision. He also offered options for financing and all incentives. He then kept me updated on the incentives expiration dates & options to be sure to take advantage of them. The installers were on time & equally informative about options we had for the installation. I recently had to have my whole sytem replaced (ac & furnace) after a breakdown, due to age & condition. The Mission PHC team (Tony & Bo) did an excellent job that day - friendly, professional, and relatively fast (considering the task at hand, appr. 5.5 hrs). It was a kind of a wet, rainy day; they laid down cloths across the carpet, so there was no dirt at all on the carpet when they left. I would highly recommend this team from Mission PHC. (See More)

These guys were thorough! The sales rep thought through some of the potential problems I would have with an HVAC upgrade, but the recommended unit looks great now after their day-long install. They overhauled my coolant lines with larger tubing as well and ran them professionally through the garage under tight constraints. Now I have good air conditioning and a modern heating unit! Yesterday Bo and his crew member Anthony did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and they were finished by the time they said they would be. Did a very professional-looking job and after the first night it seems to be functional. They cleaned up very well after themselves and were friendly and very professional.
