Mission had someone out to help within 30 minutes. Adam was super nice, professional and did excellent work. Installed cutoff line to the fridge, put in new main water cutoff, and repaired a toilet. I would call Mission again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! (See More)

Adam located a water leak that resulted from the freeze within 15 minutes of arrival. He had to work in difficult conditions in a very tight crawl space and did excellent work. It’s hard to find people as conscientious as Adam. I know who to ask for in the future. (See More)

Recommended by a friend, used Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for the first time. They were very responsive and Adam arrived less than 2 hours after my request for service. He was extremely professional. I needed one part replaced requiring considerable amount of labor. Adam made the repair quickly and efficiently. I am grateful to get this taken care of so easily. I thought both the call-in operator at Mission PHC and the professionalism of their technician were top-rate. Adam arrived punctually and, as expected of a plumber craftsman, performed the reattachment of connections to my new kitchen sink within two hours. What I didn't expect, was the unconscionable price to do the job. Their "book" pricing is one to avoid. Not great testimony for a long-term relationship. Although a referral to me, I cannot do the same to others. I give the staff 5 stars and only 1 star to the company. (See More)

Adam arrived on time. He was great with our dogs who love visitors in their house. Adam and I walked through to discuss the things needing repair. He presented me with an estimate to approve, then he proceeded to work. When Adam was done, my plumbing issues were solved and I paid my final invoice on the spot - well I should say from a social distance in this day and age. I have always found the Mission Plumbing crew to be honest, courteous, helpful and considerate. They take pains not to make or leave a mess in the house, and they are very patient in explaining things to me. I am on contract with them to check my furnace in fall and AC in spring, which gives me peace of mind. That also meant that they responded quickly to my emergency call last fall when I had a failed sump pump and flooded basement. Just had a back-up sump pump installed and the technicians were once again great. Didn't leave until I was satisfied with the operation of the new pump. (See More)
