Pat and Ray showed up on time and competently replaced our water heater. It's in an odd place, so they had to contort themselves around our stairs to reach the pipes. But they did! Hot water was back on in a short time and works great. Thanks! (See More)

The water line to my house was leaking and needed to be replaced. Everyone from Mission Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure it was done as quickly as possible and made sure to leave everything as neat as possible when they were done. I'm certainly hoping I don't have to call a plumber again any time soon, but if I do, it will be Mission. (See More)

MPHC's Mike J. and Pat O. were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They arrived when promised and Mike quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and was able to make the necessary repairs. Mike even listened to my description of an issue we've had with noise and vibrations since the furnace was first installed several years ago. Several repairmen have tried to remedy that problem over time (including some from MPHC), but Mike is the first one to actually solve the problem. Furnace is now running great and for the first time we have no excessive noise or vibrations shaking our house when the furnace comes on. (See More)

I had a full HVAC system installed on a cold Saturday morning. Josh and Pat showed up on time and made sure to properly greet me when I opened the door to them. They were very friendly and professional, and they ran into a little snag when installing my new furnace. But they made sure everything was working fine, except the new A/C system due to freezing temperatures outside. Once they were done they made sure to clean up after theemsleves and make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I’m very happy I chose to go with Mission Plumbing Hearing and Cooling. The 4 gentlemen previously named were very professional in their handling of our recent air conditioning problems. Kyle's knowledge of his product was very reassuring & was very easy to work with. Steve, Pat & Chad were very professional in their installation of the equipment. They carefully covered the carpeting area during the installation & they cleaned floor around the furnace area when they were finished. The new installation appears to be working fine. -Eddie patiently worked with me on the County BUPP program. 2 visits,several phone calls,answered every time and set me up for the work once the auth letter arrived. I think it was Joe and Carl(?) that did the work.Called before came over, done earlier than projected and everything in between went flawless. Clean job,professional,made hard work seem easy. Eddie came to my house and, after spending nearly two hours in the basement of my older home, gave me a very fair estimate for services needed. Today, Pat and a coworker were at my house about six hours and did an excellent job of explaining to me what they were planning to do. They worked hard, cleaned up after the job, did a walk-through with me and explained everything thoroughly once again. I highly recommend Mission HPC to everyone. Great job (See More)
