We live in a 108 year old home in Independence Mo, we have a steam boiler that came with the house we bought in May 2018. Called for start up service and system check and your team made a determination that it would be cost effective to put a new boiler furnace in. Just had my HVAC installed today! Everyone at Mission PHC are top notch professionals and very down to earth. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Eddie C., Josh, Pat and Laura, each of you deserve a 5 star rating! The only thing I would like to suggest is that when someone is without air or heat, it would be nice if you could offer a one room unit to hold the people over until their installation is complete. I know of one company that offers this and if we had known before signing with you, we might have chosen them to do the install. (See More)

My experience with Mission PH&C was excellent. Beginning with Laura who was every efficient in keeping me informed thru the process. Chad M. and Jarrod arrived exactly on time and began work immediately. Very professional and thorough. Chad explained the use of my humidifier and made sure I knew how to change the filter; when and the size of the filter. They cleaned the entire area around the furnace.
