Had the current AC moved from the back of the house to the side and mounted on a bracket. The Installation went smoothly. The installer even put back all the ties on my gate so the Houdini pup wouldn’t get loose. (See More)

We've been using Mission since we bought our house in 2008. They have always done a good job maintaining our HVAC system. Our service rep Mike did a thorough job diagnosing our recent AC issue and providing viable solutions. I appreciated his knowledge. Tom, Rob and Joe were the installers who came and installed our new system. They definitely know what they are doing, explaining alot of things to me as I watched them. 11/1/19 - I've decided to replace the whole heating and cooling unit and went with Mission after consulting with four different contractors. I am pleased to say that these guys came out as they were supposed to and knocked this project out in a timely manner fashion. Work looks great and the heating unit is doing it's job so far. Wasn't really able to test the cooling unit in this cooler weather so I'm excited to see how well it'll cool the house when summer rolls around. Thank you to both Steven and Tom! (See More)

After seeing all the TV commercials and getting several advertisements in the mail, I expected a top notch install. Not what I got. I asked the tech Tom to fix a couple of things, he did fix most of them but got upset over it. He apologized and explained that he wasn’t feeling well. Not really my problem, poor customer service. I told him to go ahead and leave, I’d fix the thermostat that wasn’t mounted correctly. I remounted it, on the back plate that didn’t match the color of the thermostat. The basement smelled of natural gas, I had to open some windows and turn on some fans to get it out. Thanks for that little surprise. I called our sales guy, Pat, he was the only bright spot and he did offer to do something. Not sure of what he could have done to make it right, just wish it could have been a better smoother installation. (See More)

Our 20 year old air conditioner quit working on a very hot Friday evening - we were able to call and quickly get an appointment. The unit was repaired and we chose to install a new air conditioner and furnace. The sales rep met with us Saturday, gave us detailed information, quoted a competitive price (deducting the repair cost from the cost of the new unit) and arranged for installation on Tuesday. Very satisfied with the new Trane HVAC system and Bradford White water heater installed on Tuesday. Mission may not have had the lowest bid, but it was very fair in my opinion, and 25% below the first quote we got. Craig was great to work with in choosing a system to address our needs. Brian was also great in scoping out the installation requirements. Gary, Tom, and Eric arrived on time and got busy right away, and worked steadily to complete the work in one day. David joined the crew later in the day to install the water heater. All of the guys seemed to really know their trade, and we are very pleased with the installation. The Mission team did a great job selling and installing my new AC/Furnace. From point of Sale to Complete Installation, they were knowledgeable and hard working. I called Mission last Thursday because a different company had just told me I needed a whole new HVAC system. They scheduled me for the very next day. Pat came out to quote me, and he was very knowledgeable about the systems and thorough when it came to what would work best for my house. He measured the entire house, and pointed out how I would need a new chimney liner once the furnace was replaced, which the other HVAC company said nothing about. Pat gave me several options and walked me through every one of them. Mission had more options for financing than the other company as well, so ultimately, all of these things combined made my decision to go with Mission pretty easy. I called Pat on Monday and the installation began Thursday. The installation crew was very hardworking. They hit a couple of snags while doing the install (because of my old house), but they took care of it all and worked late to make sure the job was done and working. I really appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to making sure the job got done and got done right. I am excited to see how my new AC works this summer! I have a home warranty with AHS with my home purchase last year, and have had several (5) service calls with another two service companies regarding the AC in the past 10 months. With repeated need for service, I have not been feeling confident about their evaluations. After another request in June because the house still wasn't cooling, a tech was dispatched, advised nothinkg was wrong, only the unit was too small (3 ton). I did some research and found this was likely not the case. And was thinking perhaps my insulation needed improvement (which it probably could, but anyway). After a $250 spike in the electric bill in July, I purchased an inspection/tune up from a local company to find I had an evaporator coil leak. Not to mention one pretty hard to miss, if I had just looked in the furnace closet! But I only thought of looking outside! The tune up service tech set up an appointment for someone to come out and quote a repair/replace. At this point, I decide to dump AHS and handle future repairs on my own, as I am sure the warranty company is NOT helping me. Looking for another quote, searched the net, and noticed the reviews of MissionPHC. There were a few other candidates I thought looked ok, but went with Mission to provide my next quote--- expecting to schedule another -if not two. Was quite pleased and comfortable with the sales member's (Eddie) assessment and what he had to say, and how he had to say it. And the price was competitive. Was quoted $600 less -- with a higher efficiency unit, thermostat install, a change to the circuit breaker from a 50 amp to a 30 amp, and a concrete pad-- than the first quote. Feeling pretty ok with the Mission team, scheduled an install without receiving further quotes. The install guys were prompt and I immediately was comfortable with their ability and knowledge. Tom and Mike were my installers. I have a strange trim around my breaker box I was worried about how I was going to remove it for access. Tom advised without hesitation he could take care of it. I had a question about the invoice, which he was happy to check on....no problems, everything was in order. Everyone was non-intrusive, pleasant, confident and seemed like they were happy to be here and HELP instead of just being another job. Mike went through the thermostat operation and I learned some good tips during the conversation about the most efficient set up for my home. Tom invited me to look things over and make sure there were no issues or questions. I really felt assured that I would not be left hanging if anything cropped up. So, apologies for the long write up, but wanted to show that I have had some encounters with other companies, and express my comfort level with MissionPHC. As I said, I had noticed they had good reviews, and deservedly so. If you're on the fence because you are researching companies around town like I was, I highly recommend. On 5/24/16, Craig (Sales) came to my home, and collected the information he needed to create a quote for replacement of my furnace, A/C and water heater. The quote was most competitive compared to information I had collected from other providers in the area. On 5/26/16, Tom and Brian arrived at the designated time to perform the installation. I can't say enough about the professionalism, skills and personality of these two. Casey and Bob also provided support on the job and they too are to be commended. Despite the rain that fell most of the day and the normal disturbance associated with the removal of the old equipment, my house was not negatively affected in any way. Everyone conducted themselves with the highest level of concern and actions for ensuring they always wore shoe covers and placed tarps on floors and stairs where they were required to walk. Craig stopped by during the installation to check in and make sure all was well. From beginning to end, Mission PHC, my experience with Mission PHC was such that I strongly recommend they be contacted by anyone who is in need of their services. After having several bids from competitive installers, we chose Mission to install our new heating and air condition system.They had a more professional presentation which was easily understood. Eddie C. was very good at explaining features of each Lennox model and provided us with multi - proposals. Steven and Tom worked as as a team very well. Each had their own specific duties. Mission HPC was contacted by my daughter on a Sunday before a holiday because our furness quit working at 3am. Jim came out, inspected, and gave us options. Our system was hot water heat, and there are not a lot of plumbers who are knowledgeable about hot water heat. Jim was patient, friendly, knew all about our kind of heat. My installers, Tom T. and Ryan S. showed up on time and started work immediately. They had to tear out a 30 year old HVAC system and install the new one. Both men displayed a great knowledge of skill, and had the new system up and running in no time. Both answered any question I had and cleaned up before they left.(It was cleaner than when they got there). I also noticed their attention to detail and to make sure every aspect of the install was perfect. I would recommend Mission PHC to anyone that wants great customer service and quality workmanship. I was more than pleased with the work Tom, Bryan and Casey did during my recent installation! They showed so much attention to detail, they answered my every question and anticipated and answered questions I should be asking. Looking at the results of the installations, the high quality of the work they did is very obvious, even to a lay person like me. They were all so pleasant and meticulous. I have to say I was amazed at the innovative and knowledgeable work Tom did replacing my old furnace and solving the unique problems it presented! His attention to detail was incredible and his problem solving was just amazing, he truly does above and beyond the call of duty work! Thank you to each of them for their truly excellent work! I was very impressed with Tom's workmanship and professionalism. He was friendly and made sure I knew the scope of the job throughout the day he took out and installed my heating and air conditioning units. Scheduled to start at 8:00 and arrived at 7:55. Big job as they replaced two furnaces, two air conditioners and a sump pump. They were extremely polite, professional and any job!!genuinely cared about my satisfaction. They cleaned up completely after the job and were willing to spend as much time as needed covering the operation of the new units and controls. Gary and Tom were great. They arrived on time and got right to work. Zach was with them to help with the heavy lifting and haul away the old units. They even allowed me to bug them a little while they worked.. Eddie C even stopped by to insure things were going well. Had the heat on the first night. Worked great.
