I used Mission to replace an old furnace. I received a visit and quote the same day I contacted them. After getting several comparison quotes, I chose Mission as their quote was very competitive. Once I made my decision they installed the next day. Their techs were quick, efficient, friendly, and very respectful of my home. Based on this experience, I will definitely use them again. Mission was one of many companies I reached out for a bid on a full HVAC system. After speaking with different companies, starting off thinking most of them are all the same. I was wrong! This company responded right away and was courteous and professional all the way through. Only took 3 days from the time I made my initial contact to them sweeping up the floors. This is the second time I have used Mission. They did my AC last summer, and just had them do my furnace and water heater. Very professional. Everything went as planned. Answered all my questions, and gave me extra tips for maintaining my new system. They even covered my floors from front door all the way down my steps into the basement utility room. Everything about my interaction with Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling was easy and very pleasant. I had a 36 year-old A/C that needed to be replaced - in July. There was a week before they could install the new system, so they put in enough freon in the old system to last until then. On install day, Gary and his other crew member arrived right on time. One worked inside, the other outside, and in spite of a thunderstorm passing through, they finished and cleaned up in 3-1/2 hours. (See More)

Very satisfied with the new Trane HVAC system and Bradford White water heater installed on Tuesday. Mission may not have had the lowest bid, but it was very fair in my opinion, and 25% below the first quote we got. Craig was great to work with in choosing a system to address our needs. Brian was also great in scoping out the installation requirements. Gary, Tom, and Eric arrived on time and got busy right away, and worked steadily to complete the work in one day. David joined the crew later in the day to install the water heater. All of the guys seemed to really know their trade, and we are very pleased with the installation. I called Mission PHC to look at my furnace on Friday afternoon since it was blowing cold air. They were here within and hour. They were able to get my old furnace operating. The showed me the problem and the potential safety and health issues. They quote me a very fair price for a new furnace with out trying to oversell me. I agreed to purchase the furnace. The did the installation on Monday morning. They completed the job in less than three hour and I couldn't be more pleased with the work and results! They thoroughly reviewed the work they had completed. The clean up was immaculate. If I didn't see them doing the work I wouldn't have known they were here. My experience with Mission overall was stellar. Bryan came out and figured out the problem (when another company's folks hadn't), and gave me quotes on the spot for repair or replace. He had a colleague with him who braved my building's impressive ladder, I'm sorry I forgot his name. Both were very helpful. At the install of a new system, Tom & Gary worked with a small closet space and the terrifying tall ladder, and got it done professionally and quickly, even with needing to use a crane. Another installer, Bobby, was not there the whole day, but was professional and helpful, too. Overall, folks were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with the challenging situation quickly and well. My experience with Mission was very positive. (See More)

I had to replace an air conditioner, due to a failed compressor, so I did some research and decided to purchase from Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They were competitively priced, the sales person (Pat) was easy to work with, and they had hundreds of positive reviews. I ordered a 13ACX and coil, which they delivered the next day. I was promised they'd be on-site between 8-9am on Saturday, and their truck was parked in front my house at 7:45am. Everything went smoothly, they put tarps down over the carpet, Gary the technician had 20 years of experience, so he had a deft touch and things went quickly. Pat, Gary's associate, removed the existing AC unit, drained and vacuumed the lines, and attached the new unit, and charged it with R410A Freon. They were in and out in 3 hours. Everything was done professionally, the installation job looked good, the work site was clean, the AC works, and everything was delivered as promised. 5 stars! (See More)

Shout out to Mission PHC and in particular Tracy, Gary and Josh! I got a phone call at 12:40 in the afternoon letting me know that we had no hot water at the house and there was water running out of the hot water heater. After going by the house to assess the situation it was obvious it was time to replace the 10 yr old hot water heater. A couple of quick phone calls and Mission PHC had a tech on the way. By 4:30 the same day we had a brand new water heater and there was no sign anyone had even been at the house. Fabulous job by everyone involved and a special thanks to Tracy, Gary and Josh! Chad, Bo, and Gary were top notch putting in our entire new system. They came prepared, took great care to not make a mess (including the shoe covers) and cleaned up extremely well on the way out. They took the time to make sure I understood the system and the iComfort thermostat and made me feel that I made the absolute right decision for this investment. The workmanship down there in our tight quarters in the mechanical room is unparalleled. From the floor to the joists above the new furnace looks like a shiny new-little- car in there. Having moved from Dallas recently, I had no idea whom to contact for HVAC here. However, I did a lot of research before I decided that I would call Mission PHC first. From the moment Mary answered the phone, and Eddie C came out to assess what needed to be done about the HVAC systems, through to the one day install for 3 new systems, the ENTIRE team was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working at my home. My service installation technicians: Gary, Bryan, Bo and Steven were fantastic. So careful about putting on shoe covers EVERY time they came in, to the tarps they laid to completely protect the floors where they were working and bringing in equipment, i was impressed with their attention to making sure they protected my home. I could not be more pleased with Mission PHC for their work ethic, and the job they completed. Showed up on time, and ready to work. Casey and Josh hauled away every bit of packaging during the install, as well as the old equipment. Every team member was respectful, polite, and frankly fun to have around! Everyone I worked with at Mission Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning was great. First Eddie came out to look over my old system and give me a bid. They offered a great system at a great price. I was also having my roof replaced and because of the weather wasn't sure if the roofers would be done in time. They were great about being flexible on the installation date. When it came time to install, Bo and Gary did an awesome job. Everything was installed as promised in the time frame that was promised. They put down tarps and cleaned up everything beautifully. We called MPHAC Monday, December 7 at 8:15 am. By 10:00am, Joe was at our home to repair our heater. After speaking on the phone Monday morning I gave the company a heads up that I was potentially interested in a whole new system, including air conditioning. The timing was impeccable, and Joe was very nice and helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is that when I called to inform them that I was interested in a whole system I informed them that I wanted to let them know so they can bring any paper work needed. At the end of my appointment with Joe, I decided on a new system that they told me could be installed the next day! Steven and Gary showed up Tuesday morning on time, they were even early. They were able to install our system in 6 hours, including clean up and everything. They did a beautiful job, were very nice, and efficient as well. We have been impressed by the company. After the install, we called the company to ask about starting the process of the KCPL rebate. We were informed that paperwork was supposed to be completed during our repair with Joe. Just FYI, your heater has to be working in order to have this paperwork completed. Anyway, this was not done for us, even though I did call and inform them that I was interested in the new unit and spoke with Joe about the rebate. He never mentioned any paperwork involved and did not have the info for the rebate. This is not to blame Joe in any way, but had the company supported the KCPL rebate, we could have upgraded our system knowing that we were getting that money back in a rebate. It may have been a communication error through the scheduling office and the repair service workers. This could also benefit the company and be a good selling point and tool for the company to use in order to have customers upgrade their systems to the next efficiency level. Regardless, we were impressed by the company and would suggest them to anyone looking for heating/cooling services! (See More)

Our furnace died on Friday. Saturday morning we woke up to a very cold house. I called Eddie with Mission PHC. He came out within a couple of hours of the call. After about approximately an hour and telling Eddie what we needed and our price range. He said he would crunch the numbers and call me later. A couple of hours late he called back and given us 4 possibilities to choose from. And from those choices we made our selection. And we asked him when this could be done and he said we could do it Monday. Steve H. and Gary showed up on Monday morning at 8am and worked until close to 7pm until the job was done. Steven H. and Gary were very professional and did a great job. We were very impressed that they were able to install our furnace and A/C so quickly and were very friendly and courteous throughout the installation. Steven was patient in the process of explaining the new furnace and air filter, humidifier, thermostat details and answering our question. Kudo's to all three of them and the others that took part (don't know all their names, I just know that in the process of the day there were 5 different trucks here). My feedback is: Gary and Steven Hays did a splendid job during the installation. Steven did much of the inside work and was meticulous, deliberate and accurate. It is refreshing to see a person who is a CRAFTSMAN in his trade. Gary provided the same quality doing the outside work. They were punctual, even early, neat and cleaned up perfectly. I had our A/C and furnace replaced, along with a new water heater added on the same day. The scheduled start time was 8AM and Gary was here by 7:30 ready to get the project started. The entire team was friendly, hard-working and very receptive to all my questions. Their cost bid was very fair, not the least expensive but certainly not the highest. The team also did some extra things that weren't previously discussed at no additional charge. I will recommend Mission PH&C to anyone I hear looking for home mechanical upgrades and/or repairs. Eddie was the first to come and give me an estimate, who was very knowledgeable and gave me the lowest bid for the unit I needed. The other guys wanted over $1100 more. Gary and Zach who came and did the install, first explained to me everything that was going to be done and then had no problem answering any and all of my questions throughout the day. They were able to remove my old unit and move my new one to the other side of my home and run all new lines for $100 less than competitors as well.
