It happens to be one of the hottest few days in KC and our AC goes out. The company that our home warranty recommended wasn't available to help immediately then after two more days of no AC we called Mission who came right out and put a new one in (See More)

Bryan and co-worker were very professional. The biggest issue was the charge for replacing fill tube $246.00. Took 15 min and they were already at the home performing Complete HVAC service. Paid $460.00 for 1 hour of work. Fill tube couldn’t have cost more than $20.00.
I understand businesses must make a profit but just seemed excessive. (See More)

The technicians were capable and knowledgeable, and they even showed up early! They did my pre-paid seasonal checkup, and found that mice had chewed some insulation off some low-voltage wires in the outside unit. I was charged $176.00 (that’s with their Merit Discount; the first price I was quoted was $206.00) to repair four wires by splicing in short pieces of wire with wire nuts...no soldering. It took maybe 10 minutes at the most. I believe the cost was way beyond what the work warranted. (See More)

I had an issue with unit turning on and off frequently, Mission sent techs (Brian and Jacob) over in about 4 hours and they found the issue pretty quickly, it was caused by the vent adjustment I had made. Simple solution and I am now more educated and a happy customer. Appreciate them getting here so quickly and finding the problem. Mission does a great job and everyone is very customer focused. As a elderly widow, I am at a disadvantage for any kind of home repair. I rely on those companies I contact to be fair and honest. I had contacted 3 separate plumbing and h/c companies for various issues at my home. Mission Plumbing was the fourth. My furnace was giving me trouble and one of the other companies told me the entire unit needed to be replaced. I could not afford a new unit, and called Mission to see what they could do for me. Bryan arrived and was able to correct the issue for less than $200. The unit has been working well since and he assured me it should be fine and not need replacement for several more years. I want to thank Mission Plumbing for such quick and confident service.
I called you because you installed my heat pump in my new house in, 2009. When I called your office to have the heat pump checked out I was told Bryan S. would be coming just as soon as he finished his last appointment. Shortly, after this Bryan came and went right to work
and deterred the main motor was not working at all and would need replacing. There was a motor already on the truck which fit the heat
pump, without going after one. He installed the new motor and had the unit up and running like new in reasonable amount of time. I have much respect for a technician who has such knowledge about what he is doing. Bryan S. is a real professional.
If I have any further problems with my heat pump, I will call Mission PHC and ask for Bryan S.
I'll request Bryan S. again if I need service on my heat pump.

Mission Plumbing and Heating is the way to go! Bryan, Jeff and Mike were knowledgeable pros! I consulted with two other companies who did not seem to know what to do with an old boiler. Bryan knew exactly what to do. The whole experience has been excellent.
They replaced a 1978 vintage boiler with a high efficiency boiler. Clean, sharp install. They also replaced a pedestal sink and did some other piping. Pros! (See More)

From the very start nothing but great service from this company! My air went out and it was 90 degrees outside and I was calling eeryone to get them to come look at it. MPHC were the only ones who could come out to look at and they did it within 24 hours! the ladies on the phone were very nice and understanding. Brian W then came out and we found out that we needed a new air cont. Bryan was very nice and clear on our option and the team worked hard to get a date as soon as possible to get the new air cont installed and they provide financing. Jim and casey then came out to install in less than a week. They did a great job and in a short amount of time. My family and I are finally cooled off! Thank you MPHC!! We had a issue with our furnace and Bryan found out that our furnace was pumping a high level of CO into our home and recommended a new furnace. Price was very fair and the service was OUTSTANDING! I can't say enough positives about Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and Bryan. For all of my service, I ask for Bryan specifically. He is exceptionally attentive and thorough. I have a service agreement with them which is a great value and has saved me money. Besides being a really great guy and beloved by my 2 Bassets, Bryan is exceptional about communicating issues and potential issues, and being conservative about repairs when he can. I know that if he says "we need to fix this" that it is really time to fix something. He cares about his customers and wants them to receive the best service and also the best value for their money. Bryan made the inspection and suggested replacement of the Trane A/C was the prudent option versus installing the fourth compressor on this 2012 system installed by Climate Control.
Chad assisted by Ryan installed a Lenox A/C which included liquid-suction lines, furnace coil, and compresor-condenser. The furnace humidifier was relocated to the return air duct rather than placement on air discharge.
The project was not easy and took a bit longer than planned but there were no complaints or extra costs. They both did a professional install job and Bryan's return for a final check to assure the project delivered as promised was great.
Now I must do battle with Trane for compensation on an A/C system that went through 3-compressors in 3-years. Mission was asked to save the most recent failed compressor if needed in my argument. (See More)

The crew at Mission Heating & Cooling saved my Christmas! My furnace quit working during the night, so at 8:30 AM Dec. 24th, (Christmas Eve) I was on the phone requesting a service call. I was worried with the Holiday, I may have to wait until Friday, for a service tech. To my surprise, Bryan W was able to get to my house at 10:00 AM to inspect the furnace. The news was not good, as I needed a new furnace. I became nervous and worried my family's Christmas plans would be ruined. With the expense of Christmas and a couple of other unforeseen expenses, I did not have the cash available for the cost of the new furnace. Bryan suggested I contact Mary in the office to check into their 12 month interest free financing. Within 10 minutes, I secured financing and Bryan was working on installing my new furnace. With the help of Chad & Ryan, the furnace installation was done by 2:00 PM and none of my Holiday plans were interrupted. What a great example of team work, and super customer service! (See More)

Excellent work by the the Mission team. We had them do a complete system New Trane furnace and ac new Bradford White water heater. Everyone had a part of the job and were spot on task. Eddie and Brian from Mission HCP came to our house to unclog our kitchen sink. We are so thankful that Eddie and Brian are so observant, while at our house they noticed a dishwasher line that was double in size and could have sprung a bad leak at any time if they had not caught it. They also researched the reason the sink was not draining correctly, told what it involved to fix it, the pricing and asked for our approval. The work was done, sink is fixed and dishwasher hose changed. They are both very knowledgeable, very courteous and cleaned up after the job, When they were done you would have never known they had been there!
