We just had Mission PHC replace a Mitsubishi heat pump system in a large room addition we had built 20 or so years ago. Eddie started the process with a very thorough evaluation and estimate of our needs. The actual replacement was performed by a team consisting of Bryan, Tom, Gary and Kyle. They were on time and efficient and had the system replaced in one day. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient in their tasks. They took the extra time and care to locate and install a different size cover over the outside refrigerant pipes to make it fit perfectly with my existing vinyl siding and trim. When they were finished the outside portion of the system looked totally seamless . We were extremely pleased with both the estimate, value and final result from this company. (See More)

I just had my Trane system installed today. Our furnace was 20 years old and A/C was 22 years of age. I was impressed that the sale person was informed, accurate in all details regarding their units. The installation team of Chad and Josh were excellent also. I recommend Mission plumbing and heating if you want your service done right and on time. Our AC quit at the beginning of a heat wave this summer (2016). Eddie C. came out quickly to discuss replacing our AC and our 27 year old furnace. While he was here, he added coolant so the AC could cool until replaced. Hooray! That was Tuesday, and the replacement work was scheduled for the following Tuesday. On Friday, Eddie called to see how the old AC was doing. I happily reported that it was still cooling the house. But later that night, it quit. I called Eddie and he found a colleague in the field who came over at 10pm and discovered we needed a part, which he had on his truck and installed. Hooray, again! The following Tuesday, a great team showed up. One fellow shored up the precarious platform we had on our sloping yard and installed the new Lennox AC, the others took out the old HVAC system inside and installed the new. All were very nice and professional. Our thermostat has a Spring/Fall program to allow for the roller coaster changes we've been experiencing this fall. Everything is functioning perfectly. We ended up buying an A/C and Furnace. My first contact in this issue was Eddie, came to the house we talked about our needs and what MPH&C could do for us. Eddie answered all my questions and provided multiple proposals, no pressures. My wife and I discussed our options from MPH&C and others. We decided to go with MPH&C and Eddie's proposal as well as past experiences we had with MPH&C, they had previously installed a hot water tank for us, good job Chris. The day of the scheduled install I received my advance call telling me they were on their way. Right on time they started to arrive, four trucks. What team work. New equipment unloaded, old equipment was disconnected loaded up and removed. New was installed, Bryan took care of the A/C and Chad took care of the furnace. That team worked together great assisting each other where necessary. They were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they went and when they were done. They answered all my questions and went through the operation of the new equipment after installation and testing. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the CSR I talked when I called the office initially, they too were polite and customer focused. Over all we could not have been more satisfied. I had our A/C and furnace replaced, along with a new water heater added on the same day. The scheduled start time was 8AM and Gary was here by 7:30 ready to get the project started. The entire team was friendly, hard-working and very receptive to all my questions. Their cost bid was very fair, not the least expensive but certainly not the highest. The team also did some extra things that weren't previously discussed at no additional charge. I will recommend Mission PH&C to anyone I hear looking for home mechanical upgrades and/or repairs. Eddie was the first to come and give me an estimate, who was very knowledgeable and gave me the lowest bid for the unit I needed. The other guys wanted over $1100 more. Gary and Zach who came and did the install, first explained to me everything that was going to be done and then had no problem answering any and all of my questions throughout the day. They were able to remove my old unit and move my new one to the other side of my home and run all new lines for $100 less than competitors as well. Eddie Cone came out and did the annual maintenance on our heat pump/air conditioner on 4/23/14. He did a very detailed job of testing and cleaning of the heat pump. Eddie and Brian from Mission HCP came to our house to unclog our kitchen sink. We are so thankful that Eddie and Brian are so observant, while at our house they noticed a dishwasher line that was double in size and could have sprung a bad leak at any time if they had not caught it. They also researched the reason the sink was not draining correctly, told what it involved to fix it, the pricing and asked for our approval. The work was done, sink is fixed and dishwasher hose changed. They are both very knowledgeable, very courteous and cleaned up after the job, When they were done you would have never known they had been there! We would recommend Mission HCP to all of our friends and especially Eddie and Bryan (See More)

Eddie has fixed a busted pipe for us and also returned to re-pipe the area that froze to prevent any future freezing. He is always friendly, honest, and thorough. I've been using this company for the last 5 years and it is the ONLY company that I have used repeatedly for repairs. Initially only being a heating and cooling company, they were the ONLY company out of 7 that I called who would service my furnace located in my crawl space. They are always on time and they work efficiently so the job doesn't take too much time out of your day. EVERY person I have worked with or spoken to at this company has been friendly and seems genuinely happy to assist you! My most recent visit was my first use of their plumbing services. Eddie did a fantastic job! With only one bathroom, keeping it serviceable is a MUST in my household. He had the sink working again with no leaks in about 30 minutes. The best part - it works even better than it did when I first installed it! The staff is personable, friendly, and prompt. On top of that, for the service you get, the price can't be beat! We highly recommend Mission PHC and specifically Eddie Cone. It's the nature of an older home to need some care in fits-and-starts. Our Shawnee home is no different. We've had Eddie out 3 times in the last 3 months and he's been a tremendous help. He's diagnosed and repaired a clogged basement drain, a cracked toilet tank and leak, and installed new 1/4 turn ball valves to support our new dishwasher. We recently had a sump pump installed by Eddie. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The service was great. He explained all the options, and when the installation was completed, explained the features of the new equipment. The area was left spotless. We felt that we received good value for our money. We woke up this morning with a broken fan/motor in our 12 year old Lennox. I called Mission at 7:20 and was immediatley greeted. I'm a prior customer so they had all my contact information and had agreed to send someone to me in an hour or two. Sure enough, Eddie showed up This is the first time I've worked with Eddie and I would HIGHLY recommend him. He was smart, personable, patient with me and my questions and tremendously helpful. Excellent responsiveness and service call. I left an e-mail regarding a nonurgent service matter and had a response within a few minutes (after normal work hours). I then received a call at 7:30 a.m. to set up an appointment. The service technician was dispatched to my home and was here at 9:30 a.m. Eddie, was very professional in his appearance and in walking me through the needed repairs and related costs. The work was all completed in a timely fashion and explained in appropriate detail. Based on this experience, I would certainly call this company anytime I needed the services they provide. I had troube with my furnace all night. I made a call to Mission Heating at 7 am the next morning and at my reuest they had a professiona service man to my home within the hour due to the emergency. the weather was 8 degree. Mission has been very dependable for me. My furance problems always seem to happen on or the night before a holiday, and they still respond. Eddie C. was the service rep who came most recently, and I give him a 10 out of 10. Very nice, knowledgeable, and found and fixed the problem even though it wasnt obvious at first. Called on a Saturday and Eddie was here within a few hours. He not only fixed our waterheater problem, but because of my MS - he took a little extra time to do a quick dishwasher drain repair that I simply was not physically able to do. All work was well explained, as were the charges - and very professionally completed. Makes me regret having another company here 3 days prior to service the furnace. With 'Mission' there was no hard sales job and they did not try to talk us into anything that wasn't needed. Top notch service at a fair price!!! (See More)

I have scheduled the appointment with Mission Heating for regular check up of my heat pump and gas furnace. The mechanic Mr. Eddie Cone called me ahead of time and advised that he will be in a half an our. It was his first visit to my house. Before him it was another mechanic who provided the tune-up service for (3) years, now is not more with the company. At the beginning I hesitant to get another guy. But what was a surprise for me when I have witnessed the work provided by Eddie. Eddie have checked everything concerning heat pump and gas furnace. I am going to all details, because it was a long process, but can say only that it was the best service for all the years which own the house. This company lately have changed the owners and evidently it will be the positive move for us as their customers. I would recommend this company for all future clients. We were apprehensive because we had just moved in. Eddie did a thorough and professional job: fixed the water heater, the humidifier, an electric switch and made sure we understood everything. Then he went even further. He explained clearly what energy savings we could get and the payback times of our heating and cooling systems. Having my furnace checked in a very old house, I learned the furnace was leaking CM. Eddie Cone went right to work and arranged for a new furnace to be installed that very day.....luckily for me, as temps dipped to freezing that night. The workmen were more than courteous and helpful. I was very impressed with all of them...Eddie, Brian and Tommy. When the work was done, I was given a crash course in caring for new furnace and humidifier. I had a AC/heat service in St. Louis that I loved, but these guys made me all but forget them.
