Pat came to our house on a Saturday to provide an estimate and he took great care checking our house and ensuring our ventilation needs would be met with a system we wanted. Rob and Ray were timely, efficient, and took the time to show me the work they completed before leaving. (See More)

Service was top notched, they answered my questions, left my property clean , I have mentioned the company several times this week to others.

My A/C needed to be replaced and Mission is who I called because Josh installed a new hot water tank for me in April, and he explained everything upfront to me and I was very impressed with him and his service. I forgot the other guy's name that came out after I called about the A/C and he explained everything and gave me a card to call and talk to someone about a new system. He was very sympathetic about leaving me in the hot house because he was unable to fix the a/c. Pat M**** came out and explained everything and I purchased a new A/C, furnace, coils, and thermostat. He called the office and they bought a new portable air conditioner for me to keep cool until they were able to install the system. Pat went to Home Depot and picked up the new portable a/c and hooked it up for me. On Tuesday 7/18/17 Eric J. and Chad came and installed the new system from 8:00 am. to 2:30. Eric, Chad and Pat were very courteous, friendly, caring, and Chad explained and showed me the new furnace, compressor and how to operate the new thermostat. Chad gave me the invoice and went over it with me, he gave me a card about the survey with his name and Eric's on it, a pen advertising the company, another refrigerator magnet, and a cold bottle of water. Pat stopped by also and checked on me and the guys and he gave me a refrigerator magnet and asked if I had any questions and when they will be finish. They did an excellent job from start to finish and I will highly recommend this company to anyone. They left the sign in my yard stating another satisfied customer and the company name. I left the sign in the yard for advertisement. Thank you Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling for helping me when I needed help and for being very kind and caring to me. (See More)

Josh and Gary did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They arrived on time and worked the entire day without even taking a break for lunch. The work area was cleaned up and all trash removed. Pat was very helpful in helping us choose a system that was suitable for our 100+ year old house. I would recommend Mission PHC. (See More)
