We were concerned we needed a new water heater after the pilot went out. Called on a Sunday and was able to get an appointment first thing on Monday morning. Nick G. arrived on time and was prompt to get to work. We were fortunate that we didn't need a new heater and Nick was able to get it going again. He provided wonderful advice and an overview of the system (which I admittedly didn't know much about). Nick G. was really personable and friendly. I felt he was being honest in his service recommendations for our needs. I'll be keeping this number on hand for future water heater and plumbing issues. (See More)

He explained the options that I had in repairing the toilet, and then did the work in the same call. Best of all, he helped me catch my dog which had just escaped out the door. We've had several good experiences with MSP Plumbing Heating Air. Our most recent was with Mike Anderson, who was professional, friendly, personable, and courteous. He made some friendly conversation, explained not just the work that should be done, but tips to continue to care for the system well. The dispatch and receptionist we spoke to while scheduling and arranging the appointment gave off a positive attitude as well.
Update: Our most recent was a burst pipe, fixed by Nick G. He was also pleasant and courteous, efficient and informative. (See More)

We just had Nick G come fix our toilet seal and rebuild our flusher. Nick was a great guy who came in did his gig and sold us on a warranty so we can sleep better... but I told him if the flusher quits working in 30 days I will mail it back to him first.
All in all my wife and I would recommend Minneapolis Saint Paul to anyone we know or don't know. (See More)

The day guests were due to arrive our plumbing backed up. Nick G. came out same day. Very personable and pleasant. Wearing covers on the shoes is a great touch. Flash floods warning's were being announced on local St. Paul / Minneapolis news station while I worked from my basement office. Soon, a flood of water started rolling-in under my feet. I called my trusted plumbing agency, Minneapolis / Saint Paul Plumbing & Heating, and they sent me a winner - Nick G! Nick was Great!
Nick arrived in record time, quickly analyzed the sump-pump failure, and - with incredible speed - he fixed the problem. Nick kept a positive tone while working and was began and ended his visit as a real professional.
I highly recommend Nick G. for your plumbing needs.

I had NO heat...and it was the coldest weekend in January. Terry had a new boiler installed and running by Tuesday. In the interim, MSP supplied me with four heaters to keep us warm. Very happy with the professionalism, customer service & quality work that he did. However, the cost was much higher than we thought it would be to repair a toilet. The coupon was a little decieving as well. It said a "toilet tune up" for $29. It really was not a tune up at all for that price. It was more of an evaluation of what was wrong. Total cost came out to nearly $400 but that was still a lot cheaper than the nearly $1500 for the top not package that I was quoted from Mpls / St. Paul Plumbing & Heating. (See More)

Excellent Customer service. Nick was very professional and did high quality work. My only complaint is that I had a coupon through Valpak for a $29 toilet tune up. It was really not for a tune up at all. It was more an assessment & estimate for that. The repair that my toilet needed came out to almost $400. That is higher than I really wanted to pay. However, it was still a lot cheaper than their top toilet repair package with warranty that was nearly $1500. As a whole, they are very friendly and provide good quality service. It s definitely not the cheapest place in town though. (See More)

After spending a whole day trying to clear a clogged drain and getting nowhere, I called MplsStPaul Plumbing and Heating. It was a weekend and a human being picked up the phone. I forget her name but she was polite, understood my problem and set up an appointment for the next morning. Nick arrived right on time, assessed the situation and went to work fixing it. Nick the plumber arrived right on time. I needed a clog removed from deep in "the bowls" of my plumbing, as well as needing new plumbing under the kitchen sink (trap etc.). He did a great job on both, and answered many other concerns I had about the plumbing in my old house.
He was polite, professional and willing to answer any questions I had, and got the jobs done efficiently.
I was also comfortable with the fee, which he explained to me very clearly.
