Before I start, thank you MSP for your promptness and persistence calling me ahead of time.
Zach Hamilton did a great job going above and beyond answering my questions, being patient with me, and getting the job done (what we wanted). Zach even put shoe-sox covers on before entering my home! That's a Plus. He taught me a lot about AC units and furnaces! He was easy to talk to, and thorough in his explanations. I would recommend Zach to anyone.
Tom Miller came out to tune up our water heater. Though he couldn't find any issues whatsoever, he told us that up front. He was shocked we had a 75 gallon tank for just us two! Upon his remarks, we were happy for his comments and job well done.

Deiter did a great job of replumbing our Mac Groveland home bathroom. It's the only bathroom in our home and he worked closely with us in minimizing the impact of the work. (See More)

Dieter K was absolutely amazing. He answered every question I asked and explained in detail how things worked and what my options were. I felt like I was dealing with someone who had a Phd in Plumbing! He even asked if I preferred written material or a video when I asked for additional information on a possible service. (See More)

I am very impressed by the service he did in my house. He was knowledgeable of the details that needed attention and had good recommendations and follow-up repairs. I am truly happy with the service.
I hope these guys get well treated At MSP because they really have very good skills. Maybe they should give them a free vacation once a year! (See More)

Great guy-he did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing every step of the way and made suggestions for possible future work but did it without giving me the hard sell I got from s previous plumber. I will request him when the time comes to take care of things in the future. (See More)
