I recently had a leaky a/c unit that was flooding my basement. I called MSP and they sent a tech out right away that same day! I was so thankful! Ricky fixed the problem but also explained to me what needed to be done and why it was happening so that I could easily understand! He was fantastic! Very pleased with the service he provided! Ricky L just left our house after doing a very thorough inspection of our 28 year old air conditioner! He was very kind, making sure to put on shoe booties before entering our home, even thought I told him it was not necessary. With an ac unit that old, you can expect that things would look bleak; however, Ricky, presented what he found in a very professional, non-pressured fashion. He told us what we could expect going forward with the current unit and kindly explained to us ALL our options. We appreciated both his professionalism and his kind manner. (See More)

Both of these techs (Josh H and Ricky L) were awesome! Didn't mind taking the time to show me what the issue was and explained in great detail the best way how we were going to fix it! Great company - everyone seems very happy to work there.
Service Expert - Brian Anderson came out to my house for a humidifier issue, and wow, he was really an expert. He actually remembered me from the previous year (not same issue-but still on the humidifier) He stayed about 2 hours, on a Saturday too, not because the work was very difficult (I didn't think), but to make sure I was getting the best efficiency of my humidifier by taping and caulking joints and connections and going above and beyond in that manner. He went way beyond what I called MSP Heating and Air for. Yes, I am apart of the TTC (Total Care Club) and certainly was treated like it too! Thanks guys - hope I wont see you again soon though! We needed to have a "check-up" on our central AC. our furnace, etc. We were called when the service person was on his way, he was prompt. Ricky L. was friendly and helpful. He explained things in detail regarding what should be done soon. He did a great job. We have always had a positive experience when dealing with MSP plumbing, heating, air company.
