Hello, just wanted to say THANK YOU to our Service Tech. Clint Segarra ! He preformed a tremendous, all be it lengthy install two weeks ago; (02/23/17), on our new Furnace and Water Heater. His attention to detail combined with quality craftsmanship makes him a true stand-out. My wife and I would gladly recommend Clint, along with MSP. to handle any or all heating/plumbing needs to future customers out there!

I had MSP come and install a new Air Conditioner and Furnace and I could not be happier with this company. My technician was Clint who was wonderful and explained in detail my new system as well as the rebate process. This company puts 100% into customer service and is one of the best I have come across. Recently I had my entire mechanical system (furnace, air conditioner, water heater, humidifier and air filtration system) replaced by the guys at MSP Plumbing, Heating & Air. Their estimator Brian was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly prepared an estimate, walked me through the entire process and timing of the installation, then after I accepted it got the whole project scheduled. Clint and Joshua showed up on time first thing Monday morning and stayed until the job was completed and tested thoroughly. It was a long day for both of them but they worked steady and efficiently throughout the day and the resulting system works great. I'm very pleased with the work they did on my home and would highly recommend MSP Plumbing, Heating & Air to anyone needing similar work done on their residence or business. (See More)

We called MSP today because our air conditioner wasn't working right. Kenny answered my call and was very pleasant to talk with, and he was prompt about scheduling our appointment. The technician Mitch arrived within the agreed time frame. He was friendly and polite (even though I'm sure he had already been working all day). I was so happy that he was able to diagnose the problem and get our system working again. Kenny and Mitch saved the day for us! Now I wont have to spend another night with awful sleep in a hot house. I will be recommending this company to our family and friends.
4/19/16 Clint came out today to install our new furnace, he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure we understood how everything worked and answered all of my questions. 5 stars for sure!! (See More)

The installation of a new boiler furnace went great. I am so relieved that I don't have to worry about that old furnace again. All of the old equipment was removed and the place was cleared for the shiny new one. It was a good cleanup. An easy to use thermostat was installed and the other zone thermostats were tested along with the heater. It has been keeping it warm and doing it quietly ever since. I have confidence that everything will be working great for years. (See More)

We have used Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing and Heating a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed with the service and the work performed. Recently, we needed to replace our original 1922 fuel oil furnace after the tank started leaking. The replacement went smoothly. Don L. and Thomas E. were extremely helpful in explaining our options and in explaining the process. Joshua B. and Clint S. installed the furnace and were courteous and mindful of the surroundings. Wanted to let you know, again, how happy we are with Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing and Heating. Joshua B and Clint S installed our new furnance. Now these two guys are great examples of how any representative of a business should be! They sure new what they were doing-I can't believe how fast they got that new furnace going. They took the time to show us how the new (digital) thermostat works (I am not of this generation and all the options were a tad overwhelming). He even made sure it was connected to my wifi (which I could not have done). They were professional and left not a speck of dirt behind. Plus they are just nice guys. service was prompt and service was performed as scheduled ; concern was given to our schedule as replacement was scheduled over Christmas / new years week. Clint and Joshua were competent and friendly and completed the installation in a neat and prompt fashion. They answered our questions and explained the answers to our satisfaction. Joshua took the time to demonstrate where the gas ,water and electric connections were and how to deal with them in an emergency situation.Since this was a failed heating & air conditioner system in cold weather there was little time to compare vendor pricing. Also complete installation testing of the cooling system awaits warmer weather, no statement of value versus price can be made, but the service and delivery was deemed excellent in our opinion.
