Josh H. was the gallant and well-mannered AC technician who came to my rescue on this steamy summer day. He quickly and efficiently assessed the 28 year-old AC's lack of coolant, compressor and condenser issues, and the wiring deficits. He gave me many options for repair and valid recommendations for replacement.

Both of these techs (Josh H and Ricky L) were awesome! Didn't mind taking the time to show me what the issue was and explained in great detail the best way how we were going to fix it! Great company - everyone seems very happy to work there.
Service Expert - Brian Anderson came out to my house for a humidifier issue, and wow, he was really an expert. He actually remembered me from the previous year (not same issue-but still on the humidifier) He stayed about 2 hours, on a Saturday too, not because the work was very difficult (I didn't think), but to make sure I was getting the best efficiency of my humidifier by taping and caulking joints and connections and going above and beyond in that manner. He went way beyond what I called MSP Heating and Air for. Yes, I am apart of the TTC (Total Care Club) and certainly was treated like it too! Thanks guys - hope I wont see you again soon though!
