I recently had Mitch and Jason to my home to look at my central air condioner system,which had been out for a bit. They arrived promptly and were dressed very professional. They looked at my current system, and after about an hour gave me a report. My unit was 29 years old and I knew that it was time for replacement of the furnace and air conditioner. I was given two options, one for cost to repair the unit and second for full replacement. I chose to replace the units. I did not feel any pressure to overspend if you will. Was given a full explanation of all the units they offer. They also told me about the rebate I would be eligible for. It was a very pleasant experience and do not have any buyers remorse. Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing, Heating & Air replaced my daughter's air conditioner and furnace. MIchelle is disabled from a car accident in 2005 and lives independently in her small home in Richfield, although she is at risk because of her balance and mobility problems; she walks unsteadily using a walker. Jason B. Was the first employee to come to the house and he did an understandable explanation of the freezing up of the furnace.... It was a solid block of ice. Because of the disability issue, Jason called a second employee to confirm the diagnosis and show me the options. They contacted Wells Fargo using the iPad and got a loan for 0 percent for one year. THe next morning a crew showed up to work all day on a successful replacement. They worked with my disabled daughter to show her how to work the thermostat and she said they are her HEROES! I've done business with this company several times over many years, most recently a furnace replacement, various plumbing upgrades, and an a/c checkup. The techs are prompt, explain everything, and don't rush the job. And they are knowledgeable--no small thing when it comes to dealing with a hot water heating system. They are not inexpensive, but it's worth it to get the job done right the first time. (See More)

Last fall, I installed a new furnace and air conditioner. MSP has now installed a new furnace and new central air within the last few weeks. Don came out to give us an estimate on the air conditioning in the morning and it was installed by 2:30 that afternoon. No fuss, no mess. Excellent!
The furnace was making a whistling noise and was driving me crazy. Jason Bird came out and went above and beyond tracking the whistle down. Dealing with a crazy lady (me) is not easy. I kept hearing that dang whistle and he went through everything to stop it. We tried 4 different furnace filters and he made sure there was not air leaking out. When he left, all was good and I could sleep. To be fair, I am out of down for the next 9 days but I know if it is whistling when I get back home, they will send someone out to fix it.
We will be needing a new water softener soon and the first phone call will be to MSP. You guys really are a great company. Thank you! (See More)

Todd did a very thorough investigation of all my plumbing in my house and found a few things that I could get replaced or repaired to make my system run more efficient. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The one thing that impressed me the most was the care and attention to detail that he possessed. He always made sure to put on booties before coming into our home, he was very diligent in making sure to wipe everything down with a towel, and he made sure to take all of his trash with him. He was having a tough time getting the cover panel back on our a/c unit, but his persistence to make sure it got installed correctly was very much appreciated.
